Delicious! I used to go here as a kid and I love how it has stayed open for so long. If you are in Boca, I recommend trying it out at least once.
If you enjoy vegetarian eating, try the soy beef and soy chicken - we get with vegetables and always look forward to it. Their staples are also very good. I give Shen’s a thumbs up!
Well, I haven't been here in a few years, but was with my good friend at his realty office in the boca lyons center the other day and decided to try some takeout. Everything was perfect. The egg roll was crisp and not greasy, and chicken and shrimp entree was made to perfection, and even the hot and sour soup had the perfect balance of flavor. Even the brown rice was cooked perfectly. I will certainly be returning for more. Compliments to management.
Just got take out for the first time. Go Elsewhere!!!!!!! The food was as bland as the person who took my order. I ordered beef and broccoli SPICY…. not a hint of spice to be found- got chicken with snow peas? There’s was all sorts of veggies in it and a FEW peas. There was zero flavor and very watery. The beef Lo mein consisted of half noodles and half onions and filler idk. Forget about the pork fried rice …. Is there No Good Chinese Place in West Boca?

Our favorite Chinese take out restaurant closed and we are looking for a replacement. Read reviews about Mr Shen's Peking Chinese Restaurant and decided to try it.The dinner comes with a choice of soup, an egg roll, and fried rice. Chose the Shrimp with mushrooms, lots of mushrooms and 4/5 shrimp in a brown sauce. Fair.The wonton soup lacked flavor as well as very small egg roll.The quest continues.
