When we entered there were customers standing around the counter all waiting for their food. After a 20 min wait we decided to ask if our order was ready. The lady looked at the bags sitting waiting for pickup and gave us ours. So we had waited all this time and our food was done a while ago. Patties were so dry from being flattened by the chef and the meat smelled funky. The lettuce was so tiny. For what they charge for a sandwich I'd rather go to five guys
Great service all around. Taste is 8/10. I found it a bit expensive for the size / portion that you get. Total cost was $12 for this. Parking is free.
We have heard so much about Shake Shack. We decided to try it to celebrate our recent furniture purchase. What a disappointment. The restaurant was dirty, the help unfriendly, and the prices ridiculously expensive. A shroom burger, a single cheeseburger, one small fry, a small malt and soft drink for 30.00 bucks? I’ve had better burgers and shakes at Steak& Shake. The all gender bathrooms had locks on them that did not work. We won’t be back.
Not bad but I was expecting better from everything I had heard. The burger was ok and the fries as well. My girlfriend had the mushroom burger and she was also in agreement that the everything was mediocre. I'm sure some think it's incredible so try for yourself and enjoy the pics!
Not impressed at all. I used to work at a Shake Shack so I know the standards and quality measures that they are suppose to uphold. My Chicken Shack bun was cold and the fries tasted horrible. Not sure what’s going on at this location. No matter how busy you get…the quality of food should never go down. But the people were nice.
Fair at best. 10 people behind the counter putting together good at a snails pace. 1 cashier, that's it. I got a plain burger, fries well done and an awful blood orange citrus drink. It cost $19 and change with a to. It took at least 20minutes. The food was just fair, service was ridiculously slow Andi will never go back again.
Always wondered what’s the hype about Shake Shack! Always quite busy and people raving about it. Decided to try tonight and luckily no line and no one waiting for food. Ordered and took them 20 min to make… they didn’t look appealing, and definitely weren’t hot or tasty enough if they were made to order … and definitely not worthy the $32 forn2 burgers, 1 fries and 2 drinks …
We stopped into today after attending a FAU spring football practice with about 45 players from our high school team and to say the Shake Shack crew handle business would be an understatement. Theresa, Marcus and the rest of the crew made our dining experience seamless and everything was delicious! Thanks again for taking such good care of the St Lucie West Centennial Eagles!!! You guys rock!!
I left a five star review last year because I loved for the food. This time it's because of Ashley. Not sure of her title position but she was moving in such a graceful but assertive way today. She handled everyone's needy complaint and just kept being friendly. (Even to the guy who only wanted fries straight from the deep fryer) overall I enjoyed watching her work and if she is not the owner I hope she gets a raise thus year! Great work Ashley!!
If you like smashed dry burgers (kind of like Steak & Shake) then you will like this place. This was our first time here and the girl behind the counter was of no help. She just stared at us when we asked if there was a meal with a drink and fries. I went in with high hopes and left feeling I overpaid for the quality of food and lack of helpfulness.
