Seasons 52

Much tooo noisy. Good food but we could not hear one’s other. Bad acoustics. Rita

They are consistently good food. They have the best trout in town. The bar service to the tables tends to be slow, however the staff does its best to get drink orders out. We have been going here for many years and enjoy.

I have been dining at Seasons 52 for years but I think my last couple of visits have convinced me that I will not be dining at Seasons 52 again. The service was poor, other tables that were seated after us were served their entrees before us. The manager tried to convince us that scallops take longer to cook than lamb chops and chicken. Told him scallops take approx 3-5 min per side and yet I sat there waiting for 25 min for my dinner. Meanwhile, our appetizer plates were never cleared and our water glasses were never filled. Complained again to management but they were too busy hugging and talking to the servers and having a non work related conversation (I can hear them talking). My food arrived, order was wrong, and sent it back. They brought me back my order but it was barely warm. I told the manager my food was cold and he offered “to heat it up” but I said the scallops will dry out and I am hungry after waiting about 40 min. We still tipped well even though the service was poor but I feel like management treated our complaints like a joke instead of bending over backwards to make sure our table was clean and our food looked nice. The bill was over $90 for 2 entrees and an appetizer and the quality and service did not reflect this.

Always a great experience from service to food and beverages. Enjoyed the Summer Watermelon Margarita and the French Connection Wine Flight!

My waitress was wonderful service and very attentive

I took my daughter here for a nice dinner and we both really enjoyed it! The food was really good, and our waiter always seemed to be at our table when needed but was never intrusive. Overall, a really enjoyable experience!

A bit loud at first but we were able to stay late & enjoy our friends at the table. No one rushed us out when we were finished. It was wonderful. Our server was very sweet & very attentive to our needs. We love Season’s 52 Our dinner was delicious, as always!
