Simon called to ensure I was wanting it at my requested time, as he is a perfectionist and was concerned about the warm items in my order. I tried to order & the person on the phone said to go online bcuz you can only order until 1:15 pm, which I did, but of course the Website would not allow me to order @ 1:15 pm. I created the account & still NO.I tried to call & the line is busy & I used to order from Salads Plus all the time, loved this place, but I won't be ordering from them again, with this kind of problems & lack of service...Thanks but NO Thanks.
I called this morning to order some food, unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the MANAGER. He was extremely rude, I asked for couple questions to make sure what I was paying for since I was curious and he was absolutely nasty. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. They just lost a customer who have made a lot of orders in the past. THIS IS DIRECTLY TO THE MANAGER: YOU ARE A TERRIBLE MANAGER, YOU DON'T TALK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT. THAT IS THE FIRST RULE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH PATIENCE AND RESPECT AND FOR THE RECORD I KNEW WHAT TO ORDER AND I WAS JUST LOOKING FOR MY CREDIT CARD. AND THE LAST COUPLE OF QUESTIONS I MADE WAS TO MAKE SURE OF THE PRICES.

Salad Plus is one of my main lunch restaurants. The food is fresh, the portions are generous and Simon always goes above and beyond to ensure my order is correct and to standard. In addition to those things, Salad Plus is also very affordable. I highly recommend this restaurant for those in the Boca Raton area.

Just tried Salad Plus for the first time and it was amazing! Ordered in the store and ate there while my pup was next door at the vet. I got the house special melt and the broccoli soup, everything was fresh and delicious. The owner and employees were also very kind, even amidst the craziness of their lunch rush. I look forward to ordering again from here in the future and trying more of their massive selection of menu items :)
