Our server Russ made the experience even more outstanding. This is a very motivated, diligent person who cares about his guests and his delivery overall was nothing short of impeccable. Excellent steaks, appetizers, and sides. Doesnât matter if your party is 2 or 20 always consistently outstanding service and meals.

We are a customer at the Ruth Chris steakhouses for > 32 years and I always enjoyed going there, we are customers in this location for more then 25 years and I am very sorry to say that yesterday was my last time!! Now you want to know why: -Our waiter was having to many tables. -Our waiter did not had manors like you need to have to work in a high end restaurant, he was yelling from the opposite side of the table to my 90 year old guest ! -We only had one round of drinks and were never asked if we wanted to order again. -They same on beef quality, it was not like before. -3 out of the 6 steaks were not cooked at the right temperature. -one of the waitress has very long hair that almost touched our creamed spinach !!!! -My wife never received her thee that she ordered as a desert. -They creditcard machine did not work. So overall a very disappointing and last visit.
This was my very first experience at Ruth Chris Steakhouse. I absolutely loved it. Food was impeccable and the service was fantastic. Cassie was our server and she was a true delight.
Service was very very slow, did not have an outgoing server. Two of the entrees were overcooked
1st time in many that the quality of food and service was not their standard. I consider it just one of those nights but the poor service was consistently poor at all levels. My steak was not delivered as ordered. Heating up the original steak didnât do it either. Fries were delivered to the table when fries werenât ordered. Drinks were consistently slow being delivered. Not a sweet potato fan however their casserole is worth every penny! Iâll return just for that!
