Stayed for 5 nights for a family wedding in the area. Pool and restaurant closed for renovation. Peeling wall paper in hallways. Dirty elevator. Make sure not to touch anything. But the best, were the roaches in my room. And also losing power while I was drying my hair. The shower pressure feels like you are being spit on. Would never stay here again. Housekeeping was sufficient except for not refilling coffee stuff that was clearly used every morning.
Marcia at the front desk is a gem!! Every time I came to the front desk or witnessed her with other guests she was thoughtful, cheerful, smiley and attentive. I have worked in hospitality and it’s clear to me that she loves her job and the service industry needs more people like Marcia. Though the hotel is going through construction, the stay was pleasant and comfortable and the hotel is in close proximity to the mall and restaurants. Again, big thank you to Marcia for a great stay!!

Worst customer experience !!! I check in on 3/14 and shortly after arriving to my room a lady with her daughter come into my room using her own key! When I call the front desk the response from the lady was “that’s bizarre “ and hang up on me! When I called back they said it was a mistake when they wrote the wrong number to the customer. Don’t make sense since she did use the key to come in! When I went to my room after a long day of work the second night my stuff was gone! I talked to the manager Mr. Hernandez who blame on me saying I did not slept there the night before that they check and no one was there! He blame on me saying that I check out on the 14th. When I push back and he finally agree to look into the system he notice it was their mistake they had someone else information mix with mine! They had my stuff in a garbage bag. When reviewing my stuff there was personal items missing. For the check out the process was not flawless and we end calling and waiting for 40+ minutes in order to get the statement fix. Unacceptable! Bad customer experience and poor customer services !
I was there for an event so I'm not basing my rating on rooms, only the public areas. This is a smaller hotel, has a nice lobby and a great outdoor area. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Looks like they are renovating part of the parking area but there was still plenty of parking available. Close to Town Center and lots of restaurants.
Definitely not worth 4-stars. Bed and pillows not that great. 5 days stay, only one day of room service (gotta call if need more service). Out of all the flavors in this world, they chose "mint" for shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. ? Heater blew white dust/color particles in the room. Trashcans didn't have plastic bags. More like a 2 or 1-star hotel to be honest. For sure I won't be staying here the next time I travel again to Boca
Nice, its a bit worn out but they seem to be working on renovating it back to its glory days. Front desk folks are great, Robert is professional and friendly. In its current state, the going price is a bit high but again, its still nice. Its in a great location, many fantastic restaurants and shopping near the hotel. They do have some limited services.
I would give 5 stars if it were only about the front desk staff. The Conceairge lounge was adequate but only available for breakfast. Rooms furniture was pretty uncomfortable, but the bed was the usual Marriott bedding. The room was in disrepair. Lights with outlets failed to charge multiple different pieces in the room, and the bathroom had broken fixtures and no caulking. Still no housekeeping talking place. I did call down for service, and they showed up quickly with more towels. The restaurant menu was well priced, but variety was fairly weak. I just kind of wanted something hit and easy like a burger. But not available on the menus. Overall, the entire stay was just ok... But the staff would certainly warrant another stay when I come back to town.
Run don’t walk from this hotel. Truthfully, my wife just stayed there and the room smelled. There were bugs in the room, mirror in the bathroom was cracked. Shower leaked. Horrible. 1 star is too much for this flea bag hotel. Shocked it’s a Marriott.
Great central location in Boca. Right near the Boca mall. Service was really good and staff was super nice. Our family just completed our weeks stay. The highlight of our stay was a man named Freely who worked at the hotel’s restaurant. The service we received from him is really rare now a days. Give this man a raise and immediately!! Such a gem and completely went above and beyond to make our stay one to remember. Thank you Freely for your kindness. You are AMAZING!
