My husband and I almost always visit this Greenwise location when we are in Boca. We live about 30-45 min south and don't have a Greenwise location close by. We love this spin on Publix, which is like a combination of Whole Foods, Lucky's, and Publix. The little bar inside is so cute and the setup is great. The fresh food areas are awesome. Everything here is always clean. Staff are always friendly and helpful. We've never participated in their events but they have a monthly calendar posted up for locals and it's awesome. The self-checkout area is simple to use, and everything is accessible in this location.
Great quality! Prepared food is very good! Need to work on managing a cue, so that people do not get too frustrated.
This place is horrible employees and the manager is so unprofessional. The coffee that I bought was expired. The bananas tasted bad. I came here with my boyfriend since we are visiting. They need to get better at customer service and treat people with respect.
This has happened to me multiple times at this location and it is getting really frustrating which is why I feel like I have to write this review. On multiple occasions the cashiers have commented on how much food I am buying and that it “looks like the amount of food I am buying is for a huge party”. I only have one cart with food in it and it is a very normal amount. I really don’t understand why there always has to be a joke made when I am checking out. Cashiers are very rude and need to take a class on customer service

I would give 10 stars if I could. By far the best store in Boca. Best meat dept. I actually look forward shopping there. I live in Camino Gardens and drive here. The employees are the best.

Love the bar area inside the store. Janina is the best behind the bar. Great selections of drinks.

Are you kidding? It’s 6 pm. We wanted to get a couple of sandwiches and go to the bat area to eat them with a beer. Waited 5 minutes while employee was cleaning a tray. I asked someone to call for help. He then makes believe he sees us. We wanted a Cuban and a ham and Brie. We were told it’s was not possible. They only make them in the morning and they didn’t have the right bread for the Cuban tads yada yada. It’s a deli counter with deli meats, breads and condiments and they can’t make a sandwich. Good one.
