This place is awesome! Went in for a usual boba tea, got excited to see this new drink, left even more excited. Mangonada 100% recommend
Their closing time is 8pm, We walked in at 7:10pm and came out with nothing we wanted, because they had already washed their machines and couldn’t make us what we wanted. Very disappointing. Clean up time starts after businesses close their doors. It is because they have kids running this place. And this was not the first time either. I will return no more!
We bought Boba tea there, it tasted like they added chemicals and chlorine. It was awful, probably the worst Boba tea I've ever had.
We came to this place to get some bubble tea and we came home and we’re very disappointed with the taste , nothing like what it should Tasted like, I'm sure the rest of the stuff is good but can’t same for the bubble teas
This is to be run by responsible people. We enjoyed the boba here a few dozen times. But not any more. Today, got lavender boba, they made it wrong (really lacking flavor). Mistakes happen, but when i reported to the kid behind the counter that its not tasting the usual nice and really light, she just ignored me and went back and never came out, the other iid said i dont know what to tell you and turned his back on me conveniently. So figured its not worth the trip anymore.
Really bad product and service. Their boba teas are nothing but ice, milk and agave and really lack flavor. Ignorant staff.
All the workers are very nice and have great customer service and they were very patient with my kids.I love their chocolate milk shake it’s so delicious!
Locked the doors on us as we were about to walk in. Stating they were closed. It was 8:55pm. They close at 9 I know it’s not convenient but two young ladies in there weren’t very nice. Had good experiences prior to tonight but now they’ve lost a customer
They were listed as one of the best places in Delray to get a banana split. Not sure why.Staff was friendly enough. I believe 2 of the 3 young ladies were new hires/in training.Some of the ice cream names sounded very appealing, but make sure you sample first, as they don't all taste as good as they sound.They didn't have a cap large enough to accommodate all of the whipped cream & toppings. They were forced to shove everything together for transport. I lost some of the cream in the process. It was a cold day & less than 10 min ride home, so I was very surprised to find most of the ice cream had already melted. A bit disappointing, to say the least, since we could have had a much tastier experience at the big C.Place was clean. Certainly not crowded. Staff was friendly. In a pinch, it's okay. I certainly wouldn't rate it among the best. I wasn't able to get a decent pic of the banana split, but did get a shot of their mint ice cream with oreo cookies.
I dont know why this place isnt alwasy busy?! great ice cream and great staff. I just with they brought back the donut icecream sandwiches. this is cheat meal heaven
