It’s really unfortunate but the food is good but they have a Clueless and incompetent staff. Point program not working properly as I have many points pending for a while now and no one gets back to me on what the issue is or to resolve it
The food is terrible and the customer service is terrible. I called the head office. I was promised a call back, four months ago, I did not get a response. I gave my address, phone number and even my email. They are always out of curry sauce, and pineapple sauce. The large portion is so small.
slow, service is awful, they always run out of chicken during dinner time. we drive to east boca to the one on federal now.
Went through extremely slow drive through right now. They are “out” of everything we tried to order. Haven’t been here in years because of same issues. I get places need staff but why even be open when out of half or more of menu. Will be years if ever, that we go back here.
At 6:45 went in and they said they have no chicken left. Worst location ever
Bad experience at this Pollo Tropical.The lady who served us was very rude. A barbecue with chimichurri served without chimichurri and heated in the microwave, pieces of beef in a vegetarian salad, hair on the napkins and more...really disgusting!
Eating here, I couldn't help but express how great my experience was. Tho it didn't seem to be a lot of them. They were all on point. Smiling and full of energy. I will surely visit this location again as the food was also good.
The people are always very rude. I’m an old man with a bad leg and one of their employees sits in the handicap spot with theyre car all day with no sign to be allowed to park their! not only that, terrible customer service never do I feel welcome. I will stop going
Just a low quality establishment and I would not be eating her again the chicken was undercut and the customer service was terrible and horrendous I am astonished that people can be so rude to you when you're just asking for a chicken sandwich would not recommend do not come
The pics say it all. Went in the drive through, got a burnt, half eaten, BEYOND crispy carcass with literally 2 bites of meat on it. The rest was burnt charcoal, chicken jerky dry nastiness. And this was right at noon when the fresh off the grill food should have been served. It honestly looked like last night's leftovers just re-warmed. And also half a container of corn and beans. Didn't even fill the containers of sides. The pic of the corn....that was when I opened the container. I DID NOT eat any of it. That was how I got it. No dinner roll either. Almost 10 bucks for an infant's meal. Pollo used to be good, now they just steal your money. No more.
