I love this place and I’ve been meaning to leave a review. If you like poke and we are in the Boca area this is a step above ANY of the other poke places. It’s a few dollars more but I think it’s worth it. Staff is friendly and makes sure you’re happy as well.
Had one of the best culinary experience. Max is gave me superior customer care. He made me an increble poke bowl? talk about quality 10 out of 10. I will definitely be back very soon! I recommended poke Jay 1000%
The poke is delicious and they have tons of customization options. Fish was fresh and they had a lot of choices as far as sauces, fish, and toppings. Some of the best variety that I’ve seen in south fl. Parking in the plaza was a little tough but there are spots if you keep your eyes peeled.
Place is legit… found my new poke place. Lots of yummy fresh options and store is really cute. Guy that worked there was really nice and friendly. Non franchise is always a bonus. Already looking forward to my next meal ???
Been here many times and never disappointed! The food quality is always fresh with plenty of toppings to choose from. My favorite topping is the marinated seaweed. I am very picky eater when it comes to raw fish but at pokejay ive never had a bad time. Max is always nice and does a great job setting up my custom bowls for me just the way i like it! If i could id give it 10 stars=)
Weve tried many poke places in the past but weve found that Poke Jay is the best and has always served us right. The fish is always fresh and weve been here more than 20x. The house blend is our favorite. Quality toppings with a large selection to pick from. They also have a good selection of drinks aswell. The Saint James organic pineapple & mango tea is ?
We were in the area for a week long vacation, and we went to Poke Jay twice! We desperately with they come to Boston. It was a poke bowl like none other!What we loved:- The fish (and all other toppings) were SO fresh- The berry rice, which is similar to a brown rice, is delicious, and so is the sushi rice- The “house blend” sauce. I was skeptical at first, but trust me on this one.- There is a great selection of toppings- The fried onions was a delicious crunchy addition- The manager Max was so warm and friendly! He manages a great business.Poke Jay knows what they are doing! They keep it simple, and delicious. We can’t wait to go back on our next trip!
I’ve been a chef in Palm Beach for 20 years and Poke Jay is Hands down the best Poke Bowl I have ever had. They really take time and spend money to get the freshest ingredients possible. The sushi rice they use is amazing quality, I’ve never had rice so good. I was just shocked and extremely impressed with the taste and quality. I drive all the way from Jupiter to Boca for a poke bowl it’s that good. From the rice, tuna, amazing sauces. The manager Max, the owner Jay, and all the staff are extremely professional, laid back, and super friendly. Good Vibes and great food!!!! Highly recommended, the price is also Very good!!!
The Food is so fresh and well put together, there is never a morsel left.Choices/Menu is quite abundant with a funky wall menu. Max took care of us. He creates scrumptious bowls and will guide you through the many delicious choices. Service was fast and professional. We are looking forward to going back, and when friends come to town-they rave about it. Check it out, you will be delighted!
Visiting Poke Jay is the first time where I had been able to experience the richness and delectable food that is a poke bowl. As I walked in, the manager Max, was very welcoming which is a sign of a great workplace with amazing staff. One of the staff members, Alexei, prepared my bowl the time I went in and it came out perfectly and made the experience of having a poke bowl, much more worthwhile. I would definitely come back here, the food is great, the staff is welcoming, and all around a great place to have Poke!
