some of the worst customer service ever. After waiting over an hour for our delivery; I call to check on estimated time and then I was told my order was cancelled and they wont delivery to my area. the manager himself was extremely rude as he was telling me they don't delivery to my area after they delivered to my neighbors just last week. I will never order from Pizza Hut again....
SUPER FAST! Cheesy and delicious. They were very kind to me when I picked up from this location. It's a bit hidden behind town center mall but if you're in the area it's worth picking up! I placed an order through their app and they called me immediately to let me know they did not have one of the desserts and offered to swap it- and I'm glad we did bc my kids LOVED THE BROWNIE tray! Thanks guys! Would def order from here again!
I ordered 2 large pizzas online - one The Edge thin crust and the other a hand tossed pizza along with drinks. My order was $50. I received a call from location that it was ordered from and she said they were out of the Edge thin crust and would I go with hand tossed or stuffed crust -- so I agreed to go with the hand tossed. Then a few minutes later I get a second call stating I would have to pay $7 more for the different crust. I asked her that since they were not able to accomodate my original order - would they not waive the additional cost? No was the answer - so I canceled and ordered a thin crust and hand tossed from Dominos along with drinks and they were delivered hot within 20 minutes.
Do not order pizza from the place. Terrible pizza… i orderd 125$ worth of food and it was falling apart. Like the dough wasn’t even cooked. Literally disgusting. I will never get pizza from a Pizza Hut ever again. I’ll go to little cesears or papa john’s. Customer service is not good. Everything about this has me disappointed. Don’t place an order with this pizza hut. You will be disappointed…….
Slow, staff was too busy to acknowledge I was even there (though there were like 6 of them with only one cooking & one taking orders). They didn't bring it to the car as requested either. And the cookie was mediocre at best.
EVERYONE OUTPIZZAS THIS HUTIf I could give a lower than one star I would pizza came uncooked and 45 minutes late tried multiple times to call the store to discuss it and was on hold for over an hour without anyone answering the phone then they transfer the delivery to DoorDash and that person did not speak English it the the absolute worst pizza delivery experience I’ve ever had
We enjoy this Pizza Hut location, we always get our Pizza hot and the drivers and staff are always friendly. Thank you for making our Pizza nights delicious.
I ordered a big pizza box to feed 7 people. Confirmed with the person that took my order multiple times that we were ordering the box that carried two sides and two medium pizzas. I also stated I wanted two orders of breadsticks and extra marinara sauce. Our total came out less then expected. I seeked clarification on my order by asking if it was two pizzas because it was too cheap, staff member reassured me that it was. Shockingly only one pizza, 1 order bread stick, 1 Cinnastick and no extra marinara arrived. I called to speak with the manager in charge. Josie got on the phone and was extremely rude. She continued to speak over me and not giving me the opportunity to express my concern and request for a credit for another pizza due to the mistake. She continued to repeat what my order was as if I didn’t see what was in the box and attempted to seek sympathy because the person was new which is okay. I didn’t call to get anyone fired or even leave a bad review. Just wanted my ordered corrected so the kids could have dinner. Josie is rude and unprofessional.

Honestly for the amount of calls and pressure the managers at this store have on them sometimes, they are doing their best if you ask me , I couldn’t handle it !!! I always seem to be greeted with a kind and courteous attitude and smile and my food is warm and they apologize sometimes for a wait and I’m like it’s food , it’s not life or death and I’m so grateful they worked so hard to make my lunches better , that means so much , wait what an extra 5 minutes for excellence in customer service no problem, my pleasure to wait , thank you for your continuous service to me and my community, I appreciate you, I see how hard you work, your angels and may god I pray bless you all with raises , thank you so much
