The worst food ever not food worth 12 .00 was a waste of money don't go there
Fast food but healthier choice. Good is fresh and hot to eat. Clean restaurant and bathrooms.
Changing my review from 5 Stars from 2 years ago, down to 1 today. We visited between 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on June 26, 2021.As is usual, I ordered my typical dinner item from Pei Wei, a regular one that they have done for years now (Shrimp Fried Rice and Mongolian Beef). However, the taste of both dishes are very far off from the past (a couple weeks before, we ordered the same, and even months before, it was a-ok). I thought it was just me, but when my wife took a bite of the same dish, she quickly noticed the different taste and texture.I understand that staff, crew, management, chef, etc. changes regularly, but the training team should at least transfer the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain the usual quality and taste of their food.This will be our last meal from this location for the time being.

Went to Pei Wei to place an order for take out at 7:45pm. This restaurant closes at 8pm, now a worker from in the kitchen shouted "we are not taking anymore orders" on top of her voice. This was an embarrassing situation as the pitch of her voice grabbed the other patrons attention. I am not sure if that worker is overworked and under pay why the behavior is so atrocious but they need to have a class in delivering excellent customer service even under stress.Updated 06.21.21...the owner responded on this medium however when I responded to the link no one posted, no one replied. It's all a show.
Ordered online BOGO for pickup. Arrived at scheduled time. A guy that seemed to be the manager shouted out to me, what's your name. He did not see my order bagged and ready for pickup. Asked for my name again, and then noticed the order was still on the printer. The guy said it will be about 10 minutes. As I patiently waited, I soon realized he was the only person there outside of the cooks. He was covering front walk-in counter, dining room, curbside delivery, answering the phone,, and coordinating all the orders placed on the stainless steel shelf by the cooks, to be assembled, bagged and handed over to walkin customers. When I initially entered, there were people in line waiting to place their dine-in orders. These same people were still waiting to order when I was leaving with my order, and they never once complained. The guy politely apologized when handing over my order,, and thanked me for being patient. Staffing like that is not good for the brand, or customer satisfaction. One star for Pei Wei and 5 stars for the manager.
I ordered the General Two’s chicken and there was hardly any chicken ??♀️ Flavor was not like usual and rice was just dumped whoever compressed and hard. Definitely no love in their food compared to other PW
Been going to Peiwei since they opened their doors. I’ll keep going there for a very long time. It’s the only place I actually like the salad. Its great because I watch my carb intake. You can get any protein steamed instead of fried and get it on salad instead of rice. They also have a lot of specials and rewards.
Everything was pretty good and it came out fast
UPDATE: 2/8 again order wrong and not same taste and quality as other locations. There is something very wrong with this location, and I bet the sales number reflect that. Now I know why the place is often empty. Awful. UPDATE: 1/29/2018 Tried this location again thinking staff would have changed by now. Still consistent incorrect take out orders, paid for extra chicken, did get it, ordered extra sauce, didn't get it. Then you go to contact them on their website and won't let you post. --- 2017 Ordered several times at this location. I don't know what it is, but they dont get the orders right, and the food just doesn't taste right. I've eaten Pei Wei many times. The food at this location is aweful. Chicken is dry. Food is extremely salty. Service is always slow, food never ready on time. Twice had incorrect orders. .
