I First, called to this specific papa johns in Boca Raton, FL on glades Rd and was immediately hung up on and was baffled by why the employee, named: Jason, did that. I was then hung up on 3 more times when I finally I decided to drive myself, A military veteran, and my girlfriend to the store to place my simple order of brownie and cinnamon bites. When I went in the store I asked them politely about why I was hung up on several times and no one gave me an answer. I tried speaking to the person in charge of the phone orders, Jason, and was completely ignored. It seemed like the only two that were at least capable enough of giving me an answer of “Idk, I wasn’t in in charge of the phones”. I’m not sure what was up that gentleman’s behind, Jason, but to treat me like with such disrespect. I usually have excellent service at this establishment but someone was just not having the time of their life answering phones.The only reason they are receiving a two stars is not for the quality of food but the service I was given tonight, just being generous.
This review is for Services. I can’t review the food because every time we order ( doesn’t matter what time of day) we’ve gotten a call back saying it’s going to be 3 hrs. I live less than a .25 mile away.Every time we’ve declined the 3 hr wait and ordered from another Pizza place.

Pizza and chicken is good. No point in ordering delivery they always call you asking to go pick it up.
Probably the strangest combination of topings I have ever ordered. It’s also the strangest looking pizza I have ever seen too. I pulled half of it to eat. The center was thin and floppy. And the cheese crust was overly “fluffy”. When I asked why it was so fluffy I received the excuse because it’s cheese crust.After eating it I needed pepto bismol. (This is not a paid advertisement).
We order pizza from here at least 2 nights a week. This is the best pizza place ever, it always tastes amazing, and have never had a bad experience. Huge shoutout to the late night crew, and thanks so much for always having the tastiest pizzas.
