I had a lovely time at this location. I frequent it to study for my medical exams. The most recent time I was there, Danny provided excellent service. I had received the incorrect item and was upset. Danny took the initiative to get me the correct item with charm. Thank you!

Poor service 2 young kids at the register were more interested in going in and out of the back kitchen. Didn't listen, ordered and was never given an item I paid for. Then he couldn't answer a question about pick 2 deal. He didn't know he said. I responded " you should, you work the front counter ". Then customer after us the He forgot to give them their cups. They had to ask for them.These 2 guys working the counter, simply didn't care.Food prices gave went crazy tooService terrible
I just had the most delicious food and best service I have ever had at any Panera. I seriously customized every part of my pick 2 and Tremell made sure it was perfect. He was personable and polite and quick. I very rarely see workers like him anymore. Great job!! Will be back everytime I am in the area.
I was in the area and wanted to grab a cold coffee so I stopped in here for the First Time. I asked the cashier about a certain coffee; Vanilla Cold Brew and Stephen, the cashier said that it was very good. So, I ordered one. I enjoy Vanilla Flavor coffee so I figured it would be good. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. It doesn't have a Vanilla Taste to it, it taste more like almonds. Very disappointed. Stephen was polite and friendly. The place itself, wasn't very clean but, it was semi-busy. The floors were dirty and sticky.Someone needs to sweep and wash the floors. I'm glad that I didn't order any food because if the eating area is dirty , I can just imagine what the kitchen looks like. I personally wouldn't go back nor would I recommend eating here.
the worst management ever. I had a client meeting and ordered 6 meals - 2 were salads for my clients. they never showed up.. I called and a manager said they would comp me 2 additional salads for the trouble. i called today to get them and another manager did not believe me. crazy.. over 2 salads..
From all the other Panera Bread locations I visited, this one is the best so far. Great management, fast service, always clean and a very pleasant atmosphere. I am coming here for years and never got dissatisfied compare to all other locations.

Came in 15 minutes before closing, employees looked like zombies, probably severely short staffed. Left $5 tip for taking my sandwich and salad order - didn't get a thank you or a callout when the food was ready. Salad was ok.
