It was our wedding anniversary and trying to decide on a place is always hard for me but I randomly said “P.F. Chang’s” and I’m very happy and satisfied with that decision. By the time we reached the restaurant it was an hour before closing and I felt terrible about that but the staff was so welcoming, we decided to stay. This was the second time I ever been here and I’m extremely happy and content that we did.My husband said this was the first time in a long time that he was completely satisfied with every aspect of our dine-in experience.I had the “Singapore street Noodles” and it did not disappoint! This dish had chicken and shrimp with veggies and it was just the right amount of flavor. I also ordered the “Orange Chicken”, which was so fresh, I can taste the freshness in ever bite.My husband was recommended the “Mongolian Beef” which he cannot stop talking about and if go to Boca Raton location, please make sure to ask for RONNY!HE is exceptional and made our experience that much more enjoyable.RONNY answered every question we had and truly deserves to be recognized!Besides the food, Ronny’s customer service definitely makes one feel like coming back again and again. My husband and I couldn't thank him enough! Our whole experience was so amazing, and the definitely the best anniversary dinner ever thanks to RONNY! I cannot wait to go back again.
Awful hostess and management. We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and the hostess said it would be a couple of minutes as they got the table ready. There were 15+ people waiting for tables and several were upset as well. 10 minutes past when our reservation was I finally check with her and she says weâre still behind 10 other people. I witnessed at least 5 groups go up and complain and each of them were sat immediately. The manager came out twice and was very rude to the customers and the incompetent hostesses. Just really poorly run but it was the rudeness that really was what was so frustrating. Oh, and there were at least 5-10 open tables at any given time and plenty of wait staff. Iâll never attempt to eat there again.
Tried PF Changs in Boca for a Family Dinner, Group of 8 . The wait wasn't bad (15 min) service was good, food came out fairly quick, food was delicious and the drinks were on point too. I liked the valet service in this location ?? Will definitely come back.
Good service and good food
Great wait staff
Very good food. Our favorite Chinese restaurant.
They must have changed chef. Little sauce On our dishes. Proteins dumped on shredded Crunchies. Same dishes we had for years. Tiny shrimp. And much higher prices. Will cross this restaurant off my list.
The standard of the food as I remembered has gone done significantly ,but it was still good and the portions are a very good size. The waiter who served us was good but he really kept insisting on giving him a tip as he came by and told us that they stopped giving the servers from the gratuity, regardless he was going to receive a tip but awkward on how persistent he was which was very uncomfortable and something i have never experienced ,but again the food was good not the greatest but the ambience is very nice.
Apparently my reservation was never received at the restaurant even though I got a confirmation from OpenTable. It seemed like they were understaffed but our waiter hustled the best he could for too many tables. The food and drinks were very good.
A global restaurant franchises, PF Chang's Chinese Bistro specializes in American Chinese cuisine. And while not particularly authentic, its own take on many popular Chinese dishes had many believing. The Boca Raton location, is a modern and upscale one, usually packed with patrons on a nightly basis. On our visit, we had the restaurant's famous Lettuce Wrap, Handmade Pork Dumplings, Tempura Calamari, and Mongolian Beef. Everything was delicious, freshly prepared, although the beef was slightly chewy to our liking. Service was top notch, with up beat staffs staying on top of refills, etc. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend.
