Very poor operated place. they were out of bread and didn't know when it would be baked per the server..no olives for the salad (that's your name), we ordered the soup and salad but there was only one kind of soup made.. minestroneThe server said he thought they were going to make the other soups but when they start it would take at least 25 minutes more and our other guests would have their food before that so we would have to watch them eat..so we told the server to bring us a bill for the part of the salad we ate but he told us to just leave...I guess even he thought your service was rotten,..we left, never go back there again ..the place was only about 1,/4 full so they weren't busy at all.
All of the servers were unwelcoming, rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. We came in with positive energy and it was not reciprocated. Our waitress forgot one of our plates of food then gave us an attitude about it. My friend’s boyfriend asked for a beer 5 times and our waitress just never brought it. We had to get help from multiple other waitresses during our dine. The manager and other waitresses were unfriendly and ill-mannered as well. The worst part is that our waitress never came back. We saw her later on kissing another individual inside the establishment. Then she disappeared and we never saw her again. I don’t know if all the staff were having a bad day but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Very good, service was great and the Chicken parmesan with fettuccine alfresco was excellent.
The soup was bland, no potatoes or sausage.The stuff Ziti Fritta was so bland and greasy we couldn't eat it at all. All we could taste was fried cheese. We just ate one each and leave the rest.One another note the only thing that keep us waiting for our main course was the salad. Even though we only had two slices of tomatoes in there, it was really good. They got the dressing right.The broccoli was well cooked. The chicken was really good. But the pasta was flavorless. Overall we will not be returning anytime soon.
Unfortunately today I had a bad experience at this location. They always treated me well. But today when I arrived at the reception, the treatment was rough and without any respect. A bad service. The waitress at the table was great. Super kindness and caring. Brought all comfort to my son who has special needs.However, my family and I will not be returning to this place. There are other restaurants that I can have all the comfort I need.If you and your family need affordable comfort for your special child, I thought long and hard before I went, so as not to have such a big disappointment as we did.
Went today for Easter with my best friend’s Aunt and Mom. The food was excellent, and the staff was wonderful.A shout out to our waiter Colby, and also tothe man who delivered our entreees. Our Easter was so special, and I wanted to thank you all for that.Cory?
Nice experience 1st time at this location our server was beyond kind ,respectful and had patience with my family . King you were awesome, you will be the reason my family return .But I will say they need a better bartender.We ordered the amaretto sour cocktail and it’s was just straight ice amd sour mix . So looking for a cocktail during lunch hour definitely not the spot .But the service from King once again deserves all 5 stars .
We had a great waitress which is always nice. The food was good, it's Olive Garden. I had a glass of Merlot which was very good. I ordered the sirloin steak and it was well made and very tender. The Alfredo was good. Had the chocolate brownie lasagna and it's excellent. Will return.
Overall this was a good Olive Garden experience. The appetizers were plentiful and the food came quick. I ate the Chicken Margarita which was filling and consistent with other Olive Garden locations. I would recommend the Chicken Margarita if you want something filling but not as heavy as the pastas. Like most Olive Garden locations the ambiance was good and environment clean.
Got severely sick here about 2 weeks ago, throwing up, etc. I let it go. Decided to make a trip there today to get a to go order. Got home and found this piece of wood in the spaghetti. I immediately called the restaurant back and got nothing more than an attitude from the manager on duty. Very unprofessional and rude. Taking this to the health department to see what they’re putting in the food. KEEP AWAY!
