This strip mall eatery may appear unassuming at best. The outdoor seating is actually nicely laid out in the back with other restaurants using the same space for a fun atmosphere. Been there for both lunch and dinner and both were excellent. Lovely staff who make suggestions and are prompt and courteous. The food is actually the best I’ve had locally. Lamb is perfectly seasoned and cooked to order. Moussaka was beautifully presented with two sides! Tons of great options. A must go to place for sure!
While the food can be pretty decent there is much to be desired from the waitstaff and manager. Had lunch there today and there was barely anything right with the service and staff. Cold fries were never replaced, wrong food was put in front of a friend. Had to ask for my drink several times. I thought the right thing was to report it to the manager, but she really didn't seem interested in keeping me as a customer. It's too bad as it was becoming a local favorite. Doubt I'll be back there!
I loved the gyro here, it was amazing. The service was very good and the food amazing. We got our food very fast which is perfect. Definitely would come back!
We had made a 6:30 pm reservation for Thursday supper because we wanted to sit outside and we were 4 couples. We arrived and were quickly seated outside on their back terrace. Elena, our waitress came by quickly to give us their menus. The busboy also came by with glasses of water and some lime slices. After about 15 minutes Elena came back to take our orders. I noticed that they were busy and that Elena was the only waitress. She was trying to do her best and really hustling. After a considerable wait, our meals finally arrived. Six of us ordered their mixed grill platter for 2 ($41.00), an order of Bacalao Politiko ($19.00) and a Bifteki Greek Burger ($17.00). The mixed grill platters were huge!! They were accompanied with lemon potatoes and grilled vegetables. Obviously, we all needed doggy bags. We had no complaints. Elena came back afterwards to see if we wanted any coffee or dessert. We were all to full. She did bring is some authentic Artisan Greek pastries to sample, delicious. I also found out afterwards that Elena’s parents were the cooks in the kitchen. A real family affair. Parking may be a problem, depending then you go. You must give them a try. They also do lunches. Enjoy!!
We had a small family dinner at Oliv Pit and were pleasantly surprised. Each dish was plentiful and tasty. The service was outstanding, This is a place that we know we will definetely return.
Worst experience ever I had in my life, we had an birthday party tonight. First, we received food with a hair inside - no one said sorry, they just with broken face said OKAY. We asked for well done lamb chops - they bring us even not medium, it was a lot of blood inside. The customer service was very roode, they never said sorry to us. Next, two of the items for $55 each were ROTTEN. It was blue, the staff said that it should taste and smell like this. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The manager came, YELLED ON US, never said sorry or even HI! THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY ROODE. Everything was very long, we waited for 2 hours. After this rotten food, we almost vomited - we cannot use the bathroom, because some employees women closed the door and had a long talk inside on the phone. This is the worst place I was in, and will strongly recommend to NEVER visit this place.*THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PEOPLE.
We had an anniversary party today, and this was the worst place we ever been in. We have a large community of people, who is working with us. And this place we will never recommend. My employee almost broke his tooth, because the cooks leave a piece of wood in our beef. This looks very bad, and the waiters didn’t react the correct way - I have no idea who is the owner of this place, probably he or she is in another country - and doesn’t see what really happens in this place. Everyone works very slowly, and this was our longest wait in our life… no
My boyfriend and I were looking for something to eat and found this wonderfully delicious restaurant. He’s never had greek food before and this place blew us away. Amazing service! Great prices!
Absolutely the most genuine delicious Greek food I’ve tasted!! (From my mother’s kitchen to Greece!) the freshest ingredients with perfect spices made with love!! We dine from Miami to Jupiter; and I have returned here many times for outdoor casual dinners to festive birthday celebrations with plate-smashing, bouzouki and Filippos singing!Everything we have ordered is amazing, from grilled octopus to pastichio to lamb chops to meatball wraps have been so delicious. If you are willing to wait for individual dishes made to order, you will be rewarded!!! Not to mention their custard/filo and desserts!
Bad bad bad experience. Not first time. I try to give it one more shot. Never eating here again. The quality sucks, they are stingy on food they put in the gyro. And when I asked for fries on the side this is what I get 5 fries. Unbelievable.
