Service was slow probably due to not enough servers.
Imposing a mandatory 20% tip upon presenting the bill is not only offensive it gives no incentive to the staff to provide quality service. Additionally, the quality of the food and taste has diminished from prior visits.
We went for Sunday brunch. Weâve eaten here several, mostly for the lake side dining. The service is never really great here. Even though they werenât busy, like 3 other tables in the restaurant, the waiter would disappear for long periods and not check back on the table. We had to get up and go inside to ask for additional condiments for our lunch. The food is relatively expensive for the quality and presentation and things like dirty tablecloths and napkins, as well as chipped and cracked coffee cups, spotted silverware and lipstick on the glasses are normal. We keep going back for view and continue to hope that someone will make some changes, but I think this was our last visit here. Iâm sure there will be a new restaurant in its place sooner than later.
The food is always great. Service usually is too, though it wasn't this time. The place was empty and our server was often nowhere to be found. I also don't appreciate their new policy of an automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill.
Our server Prince was outstanding. Made our experience excellent. Food was pretty good and prices are fair.
We love having Oli's in the neighborhood. It is so nice sitting outside and enjoying great food. My husband and I usually share a salad, main course and a side. Last night was the apple and goat cheese salad, lobster risotto and brussel sprouts. Perfect!
We enjoyed our evening dinners very much. The beet, apple & walnut salad is delicious!
Service was excellent. Food selection was very good and we loved our choices. Quiet as it was off season but a wonderful nite for my wife and me. We celebrated a belated 41st wedding anniversary ðâï¸âï¸âï¸

Food was delicious! Drinks were not watered down. Staff was very attentive.. All in all, a very nice experience.
