Italian Pizza Salad

Today, my husband and I went to Mister 01 for the first time. The food was phenomenal. Carlos our server went above and beyond with his knowledge and making us feel welcomed. We got a regular cheese pizza and star Claudio. Best pizza we’ve had in Boca Raton by far!

I ordered takeout. I got a Caesar salad and small cheese pizza. The pizza was ok nothing out this world. I would definitely want to go back and try a speciality pizza. The salad was my favorite part because it was such a large amount for a small price. I would definitely recommend trying this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My neighbors who were seasonal renters informed me that this place had lines around the block since it opened in March. Mister 01 Extraordinary Pizza is in Mizner West. I decided to try take out now that the crowds returned home. It was busy at 5 PM, but my takeout Bella pizza was ready in about 10 minutes. The interior was pristine with the tables well spaced apart. They have outdoor seating as well and benches for patrons to sit down as they wait for tables or takeout. The team members were friendly and efficient. The Bella pizza was excellent - it has the thin crust that I prefer and it was super cheesy ! Superior takeout experience !

We tried the Star Luna and Bella Margarita and they were both delicious. The sauce on the Star Luna had JUST the right amount of heat. *chef's kiss* ? The crust on the Bella was so crusty and light. The Bella was probably one of the best margherita pizzas I've ever had in South Florida. I would've liked one or two more pieces of mozzarella on it (who doesn't want more cheese?!), but otherwise perfect. Clearly very fresh and everything made in house. Ceasar was on point too. And way bigger than expected.Service was excellent. I'm glad we were convinced to try a star pizza.A quick note about how great the management was. An elderly woman dining at the restaurant at the same time as us fell and hit her head on the ground. She was out. It was scary. The manager and staff handled it perfectly. They immediately called 911, cleared the area where she was to keep her safe, and turned down the music. The manager waited out front of the restaurant to direct the emergency responders when they arrived. The servers were tending to the tables the whole time. Really cool to see them react so well to such a tough situation. So all in, we will for sure be back. Damn good people slinging some damn good pizza.

Luiz was our waiter, he mixed up the order by mistake but his attention was great, very attentive and kind. We ordered the Star Michele, fresh ingredients but it lacked a bit of flavor.

Tried the burrata and one of their star pizzas, both were seriously delicious! The burrata was perfectly soft and the tomatoes and arugula that accompanied it were very fresh. I went with a star pizza split between two pizza types including a veggie pie and Gorgonzola prosciutto pie. The veggie side was good but the Gorgonzola prosciutto was the real showstopper. Perfect crust and toppings. The restaurant was very crowded on a Wednesday night which is great. Service was really good and the pizza was ready quickly. Looking forward to trying more of their pizzas on future visits.

The pizza was excellent and ask for Alina as your server since she was very attentive. I had half pepperoni and my wife had the Star Michele. We also had a ceaear salad which was very fresh and larger than what we expected. If you like thin crust pizza with the best tasting dough this is place to go! Would have given 5 stars, however I felt the two person table was small with not much room for the salad and pizza if you wanted to eat them at the same time.

I was very disappointed with MisterO1! The Maria pizza crust was so dry that you could break your teeth on it! The salad was mediocre! Served with bad leaves, tomato was chopped and tasteless, cheese was so so! I expected much better!!! Their pizza is far from a real Italian pizza. The star pizza was okay, nothing to write home about. It looks nice on the picture, but the dough is very thin, thinner than a flatbread.

Our server Jade asked for us to leave a review, so I decided to take a few minutes to give honest feedback. It's only (4) stars because of the size and waiting involved with getting dinner there. Sunday night around 5pm, I was not expecting over an hour wait for a table. They do a great job of getting people in and out of the restaurant, but the size makes it difficult to handle the following. For sure they are in desperate need of a bigger place, or I'll wait until the "newness" wears off. Now, let's talk about the food. We ordered a variety of apps, pizza and dessert. Star pizza is something everyone MUST TRY. Basically, it is a pizza with an open faced calzone pocket for the crust. THE BEST STUFFED CRUST PIZZA HANDS DOWN! At least, that is how I look at it. Pizza is thin, light and very crispy. Reminds me of pizza overseas and not the American version. I found that I wanted to tweak a couple of the recipes (mostly because arugula is bitter and I hate it) but they were extremely accommodating.Service was amazing and friendly. Management and staff were easy and attentive. Overall I had a really great experience. I only give (4) stars because they are doing so well, they are running out of room!.... That should tell you all you need to know. Must be busy for a good reason ?

Yes! It's extraordinary pizza!! But the Burrata and Prosciutto stole my heart, both literally melt in your mouth! And the Banana Nutella Calzone.. omg! order it even if you're just going to take a bite! It's worth it. We sat outside on a lovely breezy day, drank an ice cold bottle of Prosecco and were able to enjoy it all because adding the hedge wall was brilliant!!! Waitstaff is knowledgeable and attentive, cappuccino was delish. Mister 01.. Try it, you'll love it!
