Best local pub in Boca! Great prices, large portions and the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN! From the top down, store manager Ted runs a tight ship and leads by example. Since his arrival, the store has improved tremendously! Jess the bar manager does a fantastic job, keeping everything stocked and clean, and motivates her bar staff to offer the best experience . And no visit is complete without being served by Michelle..she's the reason we drop on by..always happy, smiling and upbeat! Lastly, a thank you to Jason Williams, the Regional Manager for the area. He took the time the other day to sit down and talk with us about our experiences at Miller's. Thanks for all that you guys do!
We went on a Saturday afternoon. The place was pretty empty. Workers standing around doing not much of anything. We finally got a waitress to come over to take our order, waited forever. When we got our food it was horrible. Greasy, expensive and poor quality. No one even did anything about it. I don't understand how restaurants can serve food like this and still have customer and it's not cheap to eat out.
Courtney was my bartender and she was amazing. She was on top of her game and made my experience amazing. I didn't get any food only because I wasn't hungry but I did enjoy some beverages.
Although I don’t expect much quality from this restaurant, I do expect to get what I ordered especially if I paid extra for it. Millers use to be my go to place for food but it just gets sloppier and sloppier. Feathers on every piece of chicken wings and looks like half my wings is missing on most drums … very disappointing and we waited 20 min curbside for our food to just sit on the counter ready after we already walked inside to see where our order was… the young lady didn’t even care to check … incompetent
9pm on a Sunday night, it’s Spring Break, and I realize I haven’t spent any quality time with our teenager. We’re sat quickly. Owen was at our table within 3 minutes, great personality, attentive, he took our order quickly, gave us his opinion on appetizers. We couldn’t decide half nachos or half mozzarella sticks, we did both. The nachos were delicious and the half portion was great for us, lots of chicken, toppings, and the white queso on the side is good but a bit salty. Half order of mozzarella came with 6, which was plenty as they were missing cheese, literally half a stick was hollow breading which my teenager loved. I got a house salad as the nachos were pretty filling for me, it was delicious. Super fresh and I love their ranch dressing. Teenager got zinger mountain melt (not pictured), with Korean BBQ. She liked it, said the Korean bbq was a little spicy for her, but she still enjoyed it. Great experience.
Most of the time the attention is quite good, I come frequently with my family to this place. Very affordable prices. Not five stars cuz last time that i visited, the place was quite alone and the food takes too long, and my medium rare burger came almost well done.
We had a nice dinner here. The food was above average for the price and our service was attentive and friendly.
One of those local pub places that we end up going to with the neighbors and after eating we all remark how good the food is. Great burgers, prime rib, tap beers, the only downside is the place needs to be updated, the bench seats will kill your butt.
Our server was a little lost or confused during our visit. Other than the cheese curds appetizer that was excellent, the food wasn't great. Perhaps it was just a bad day...
MAY AND PETER ARE THE BEST SERVERS THERE! HANDS DOWN! We go and always sit in May's section. She's like our adopted relative at this point, and she's amazing.. Pete has helped us many times. He's kind of quiet and soft spoken, but always friendly, thorough, and attentive. Sarah helped us last night, and she was going through some personal issues, and did not have a good night. The food is always great. Zingers never disappoint, and the captain jack dessert is the best!
