Absolutely so disappointing. And how can cookies go so wrong? First, the girl working could not be more uninterested in helping us, and zero personality, borderline depressed. $18 plus for 4 cookies and as we were leaving we saw it was $20.95 for 6, she didn’t mention this. Then, based on what the company says online, they are supposed to be baked to order and warm. Definitely not one or the other. They were old, not warm and way overpriced. Literally looked just like the old samples by the register. First time and definitely the last time. It was very clear that this place was very poorly run because there were 2 other men there that looked like they might be the owners, and absolutely ignored us also. Really a very poor experience.
The owner of this establishment isn’t very honorable.. :( working there I watched the owner take short cuts and lie. He might say I was a bad employee who didn’t listen. Truthfully I was fired for not responding to the bosses text message. I showed up for every shift (never late) I was always there to help. It’s sad to see these kind of people thrive off of the work others do and claim as their own.

I consider myself a cookie lover. I never met a cookie I didn’t like until I went to Midnight Cookies. Ordered a box of 6 cookies and only liked 1. Literally threw the other cookies away because no one wanted them, a big cookie tragedy. It‘s disappointing that other reviewers have had similar experiences.

Awful experience, cookies were terrible, the staff had zero personality and was not welcoming at all. It was more like a bother to the staff person for us being there. Grossly overpriced, hard nasty cookies, weird ambiance. Not a happy customer, I’ll never go back.
Severely disappointed. The menus weren't very clear so it was a bit difficult to understand what and how much everything was... which lead me to vastly over spending by mistake. By then it was so awkward and frustrating but I just kept my mouth shut and paid just to leave quicker.The team member working seemed less than thrilled to be there. I don't expect everyone to be the happiest cheeriest person, but it felt like I was a bother when I walked in the door.And finally, the cookies were hard and some stale. That was the most frustrating thing of this whole experience. I unintentionally overpaid for trash. If you're charging that much for cookies, you need to be sure you're keeping them fresh and only serving the best. It was a bummer even more so, because the one or two from the dozen that were somewhat fresh tasted really good. Such a waste.I almost thought I was being difficult but I've spent a lot of money at Crumbl Cookie so my expectations are within reason. It's very possible I caught them on an off day but I'm likely to never go back to try again.
INCREDIBLE ATTITUDE-FREE STAFF making the tastiest cookies that are purely addicting and fat enough to fill up during a needed dessert craving ! Place is very clean and well designed. Pls spend ur dessert money here
Always a great experience. When and to grab a couple of cookies for my beautiful wifey and I. The selection is always enticing and ended up walking out with four. ?♂️ Open til 2am!
