Closed at 9:30 drove 10 miles to get here sign and online says open till 10 girl inside says there closed
First time snacking at Menchies. Great variety of flavors. Tastes great. Enjoyed the toppings too. A little expensive but worth it.
Website says they make milkshakes, walk in, they have a milkshake maker right on the counter. Then the two highschool workers insisted they won't make them. 2 hours before closing, makes no sense.
I would say if you don’t like your job don’t work here !Very unfriendly hostess . Can’t sample the yogurt anymore so ended up with a cookie n cream that test like water and sugar . We came for Verde fund raising but hostess didn’t know anything about it so whatever we spent was not used for it . Expensive and very mediocre .

Menchie's has the best frozen yogurt I've ever had. All flavors are built on the classic tart yogurt base, which clearly sets it apart from lots of other places that, although claim to be yogurt, more strongly resemble ice cream. Friendly staff, wide range of toppings in small plastic cups, and perfectly located. From a proud member of their loyalty program, I cannot recommend them enough.
Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt is a favorite of ours in Oklahoma. But like so many other restaurants right now, this one suffers from post-COVID malaise. It feels like most of these establishments are unhappy to be back to work. Not unique to Menchie’s. Several of the yogurt machines are empty. With some prompting, the sole employee was willing to try to get one of them working. An okay yogurt experience. Not great at this one. Sorry.
What a horrible tasting yogurt! Everything we bought (5 flavors) were bitter and probably had gone bad. the shop guy wouldn't acknowledge it, said you can take other flavors (kind of him), but they all had gone bad that day and it didn’t help. But they just wouldn’t agree or acknowledge it. Dishonest people! Its ok for product to go bad sometimes, just be honest and accept it.
