Last night i finally got ice cream and I love the new look. Beside the wait drive thru was fast and the last young man I forgot is name but he had a bright smile he make sure to ask me if i need ketchup with my burgers and tells me to drive safe. Love it
I went last night to the store to my surprise I got my fry fresh and the young at the window I believe he was a manager is name is Junior. He deserves a rise for his excellent customer service and always have a beautiful smile. Thank you young man
Worst experience at any Mcdonald's I have ever been at. I arrived at the establishment for a pick-up order for Door Dash, When arriving at the Pick -up counter, there were 2 people being helped before me, zero acknowledgement. After 10 mins, the people before and person who helped them left, So naturally I Said excuse me, 5 Times, a cashier saw me ,made eye contact and continues to ignore me, I then said Hello?? and excuse me I'm here for door dash, only for the "manager" who stayed by the fryer to yell to me "they're making it " 10 mins pass, I try to ask how much longer it might be , only to be ignored again and waved me off and told "they're making it!!!" loudly, I then went to the cashier to ask for the managers name, only for the cashier to walk away and say the mangers there, she finally spoke me and said "what do you need my name for?" I said I would like to make a complaint, she then told me "if you want my name you can come back here and get it !I am completely astonished at how i was treated and why I couldn't receive any form of customer service, constant ignoring, aggression, instigating. I walked out late for the delivery and completely disrespected and violated.
This is by far the worst mc Donald’s! The first time this Store got me upset. There were a really really really big guy who was working late night who was just plain rude.. The Haitians there are great.. but the other people.I wonder if they’re even human?The latest horrible thing they did.I ordered on doordash.. my pickup number is 750486, they literally didn’t give my Sunday!!!Oh yeah not even DOORDASH WAS HELPING ME OUT! So I will never order on their app or even be dasher for them!!!People should really stop going to this store!Its obvious they don’t care about complaints, yet they ask for feedbacks! This store shouldn’t be a store! Maybe they should just put a chick fil a there!!!But horrible store!And mind you they gave me 18 nuggets, not 20!!I will remember this when I become more famous
They dont refund money overcharge people and i see there will not be any happy customers coming to this particular location.Thats why business dies down!!!! NEVER EVER coming back to this location!!!!!!!!!-

Cashier got everything in my order incorrect. Ask for spicy nuggets got regular. During the refund the manager was condescending in telling me that they were disconnected. Although they are fully on display on there digital menu. Also the cashier should be aware of this when I placed the order. Ask for cheese on my sandwich and didn’t receive it. Had to get a refund for the apple pie as well since they didn’t have that either. We all know you get what you pay for but I couldn’t even get what I actually paid for. Terrible customer service by the manager and no genuine apology
The Fish sandwich with cheese was very small with a small half triangle of cheese and both were old and sort of cold and overfried. Too bad they did not stay with the delicious taste and freshness of the original introduction of their new fish with cheese sandwich. The store was at 6570 N. State Road 7 in Coconut Creek, Fl.We did ask for another sandwich that was somewhat better, but I was still disappointed that McDonalds would take a very good product and give their loyal customers something that they would definitely not serve their own family.
They never have their ice cream machine working and when they do they give you syrup instead of hot fudge on your sundae which is NOT the same thing!
I ordered from Uber eat twice and both times McDonald's screwed my order they only give me half of my order and not my entire order and my order usually comes out to $60 and they refuse to answer the phone the first time I made the complaint on Uber eats the second time I tried to call them nobody answers their phone I couldn't even feed my children the food that I ordered for them it's a ridiculous
