I came to this location they did 5 cars from the outer lane before I pulled up and went to the window the inside speaker or person with a headset needs to be repaired. I did not have a good experience at this location at all.
This location’s food isn’t very good. Not sure why but the food was even saltier than usual. I mean when you choose to go to Micky D’s you def want junk food but this was exorbitantly salty. Such a bummer too because I really was in the mood for the meal.
The worst service you could ever imagine! Me and my family wanted to buy a McFlurry to go, and we where standing in front of the cashier and waiting for 15 minutes! No other customers in the store! They where peaking from behind and turn around as soon as we looked them in their eyes, and they where talking like “there is people waiting in front. Yeah I see” but no one came!! 15 minutes!!!
Was given old and stale chicken nuggets. Definitely didn't taste fresh. You would think this McDonald’s would be better since it’s in a nice location. Also, the lady at the drive thru seemed bothered to take our order like we were interrupting her.

The slowest drive through of any other McDonalds... Always delayed.... They should take a lesson from the McDonald's on Yamato Road and Congress. That's run well
Drive thru ordering not working. You wait in a line of cars and in turn, order, pay, and wait for your food at one window. Time for us was 25 minutes total.Pathetic, hopefully temporary and fixable.
Worst run McDonald's ever. Drive THRU never works right. Tell you to pull to second window to take order. Ice cream machine never works.They also close but leave all lights on so you wait in line like a douche until you actually drive to the second window and you find out when they see you and wave you away like a bug. I have seen 7-Elevens ran better than this piece of s#!t
I wish I had copied and paste the survey I just took. Order drive through great. Person who gave me the food answered yes when I asked her to please make sure my quarter pounder deluxe has extra onions. Then to find out got a chicken deluxe instead of a quarter pounder. Tried to call and Verizon said cannot accept calls at this time. Convenient. It’s too late for me to go back. I have to go back to work. Ticket 1394.
Always an issue. Food never complete, dining room closed at 8 when it says 10 on the door. Charging more for an already paid online order…..
