Large fry? More like a medium size with the large price, McDonald is getting cheaper and the customer service is failing very fast. I ask them for compensation and they said “there is nothing we can do about it”
Worst McDonalds ever. This is the closest McDonalds for me and I drive elsewhere when I have time. This store has the worst service and management of any McDonalds I have been to. The manager should be fired. Here is what to expect.- Fries are never salted- If you ask for salt they will argue- drink is always a coke at the drive through no matter what you order- if you get the wrong drink at drive though they will not exchange it at the window and make you wait in the parking lot.- inside service can be 30+ min with no crowd- Your order immediately shows as ready on the board inside even while you wait a LONG time. They must mark it as complete to meet some statistic that they are failing at.- your order will be wrong more often than at other McDonalds storesRun away from this McDonalds and go to another store!
This was the most professional experience that I’ve ever experiencedat McDonald’s. Jennifer who worked at the register in the morning performed executive treatment with myself and the gentleman before me. She asked if I wanted to use the app to gain points and she also asked if I wanted any sauce with my hash browns. This treatment should be the benchmark.
Food was hot and fresh . Employees were nice BUT there's always an extremely LOUD beeping noise happening. I get that we are in a digital world but the sound is excruciating like 10 times louder than a hospital
Have to say I was greatly disappointed. I ordered via drive thru and surprised to see no waiting to order. Unfortunately that was the only positive thing. At window #1 no one acknowledged me for about 2 min then the employee asked what I had ordered. I'm the only person in the drive thru, thought it would be obvious. Then I had to ask for order total, she never provided that info. At window #2 I waited over 4 min before someone showed up. There were 4 employees near the window don't know why it took that long. Finally one hands me a bag with my food and I had to remind him for my diet coke. He appears puzzled then hands me a cup from the counter with about 10 filled cups. There was no ice and I'm guessing he wasn't really confident it was a duet coke. Overall not a topnotch experience.
Today I met one of the most wonderful girls called Jennifer, que woman with blue eyes. She spoke the languages amazingly, and if that was not enough her service was astounding. Sadly the other workers rebuked her for serving the guests and yelled at her in front of us because she was doing her best to give us the McDonald's experience. She was the only one worthy of being hired, the other guys were so rude and Fordyce that they bring McDonald's name down.
Horrible experience. Very bad customer service. Current night shift manager need A LOT OF TRAINING....AND CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS... or find another job. I used Mac Donalds App for a coffee. I have payment linked to my card. I select drive thru to pick up the coffee I share the code with the crew. He also did not know what to do with the code and ask me to park. I waited... no one show up ... I leave my car went inside to the restaurant and the manager was angry already.... ignoring me... I asked her for my order... she said that my order did not got thru. I told her took my order she said no. Get out and order again to the drive thru. At the same time she start talking with the crew in creole language. That's was very offensive and body language was very aggressive and intimidated..al of this for a coffee... I did it.. and coffee was horrible... waste time ... I am disappointed... my advise SKIP THIS MAC DONALD LOCATION
We recently moved to the area and this has to be the worst McDonald's ever, we have tried several times to eat from here when we wanted something quick and easy and every time food was cold and stale, whoever is the manager here is horrible, would rather drive further, the convince of the location is useless. Corporate should be notified this is really negligence would not be surprised if someone ended up with good poisoning . Just terrible.
READ THE REVIEWS! Before you waste your time, money and patience. This location is notoriously rude with awful customer service.We had horrible drive through service. The wait was long and the woman was rude to us. There are too many other options right around here.
This location is a joke. Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. Then get to the speaker, they say "cash only". This is the biggest scam for the employees to take the cash for themselves. How is it in 2022, their credit card machines go offline every night.... how convenient. Must have poor management and hiring if this is a Routine issue of problems. Have had 3 prior bad experiences here in last couple months.... forgetting items, burnt fish sandwiches, long long wait times etc. This place should just be shut down already. What a joke.
