Food was great as always, but disappointed in the cashier/ manager. She gave us and the next party a hard time... Disappointed they got rid of the cars, magazines, train and personality!
Only giving a 3 star because I picked up a delivery and feel they need to figure out a way to execute those differently especially with gas prices so high waiting 15-20 min on a delivery in the drive thru ain’t right for the driver. Time is precious to us delivery drivers. people don’t tip well already then to have to wait so long ain’t right for us drivers. Probably cost us about ten bucks for that 15-20 min wait.
Went to location on powerline and palmetto drive through order and gave code for 20% off any purchase over 1 $ woman over comm. Was very rude telling me that the coupon didn't exist. Meanwhile I presented the coupon on my phone showing her physically that it does exist. She rolled her eyes in a very disrespectful way. I confronted her attitude but she didn't seem interested in how I felt the situation was handled. I know it's not easy working late at night but we all work and I would never disrespect someone in such a manner.
The worst service I have ever had at any McDonalds in my 30 years of life. Only 2 people in line, yet took like 15 minutes for anyone to address us or take our order. I ordered mobile and paid for extra Oreos (almost 1.50), which is not about the money, but the principle. Had maybe 3 crumbs of Oreos so o politely asked for a little more. The employee then proceeded to stare me down with a horrible look for a good 10 seconds saying I didn't pay for anything. I was so confused, because I was being so polite and she continued to stare at me. Then proceeded to rip the ice cream out of my hand, maybe add 3 more crumbs, and then shoved it forcefully back into my hand to where I almost dropped it all over myself without a word. I am still in shock because I was so polite. I never leave negative reviews for anything, but this was so disrespectful, uncomfortable, and just horrible customer service. Save yourself the frustration and never come to this location, especially not at night.

1 guy working entire McDees. Amazing service. Surprised it closed at 11pm, Boca is a big city !God bless that guy for be doing such a great job
Very efficient. I walked in, placed my order on a kiosk, paid the bill and my order was ready in a few moments My wife and I are traveling from FL to our home in CT, and we appreciate efficiency. A good McDonald's experience.
Would give this place 0 stars if I could.This location is horrible. Rude employees and slow service. Walked in because the drive thru was long, and tried to order at the counter. The girl at the counter told me to order on the screen inside and I said I wanted to order with a person, and didn't prefer the screen. She said, again, "can you order over there" and proceeded to just stare at me, and then walked away.Waited over 20 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries. I'll never come to this location again.
I cried when I entered this McDonalds. The reason I cried is because I felt extremely inspired by this McDonalds. I then got food and was at a loss for words. It was extremely good. I do not understand how there is bad reviews on this this McDonalds I’m crying while writing this because I am remembering the moments I had here. When I’m feeling depressed I walk into this McDonalds and my depression is instantly cured. This McDonalds is basically free therapy. The feeling you will have here are unexplainable, please I beg you, enter this McDonalds; the experience you will have here is unlike anything.Thank you for reading.
Worst drive thru ever...Waited almost 10 mins to actually give order and another 10 min in line to pay and pick up with only 2 cars ahead of me...Horrible!! Also very unfriendly staff...Say hello and thank you to both and get no response back...terrible
