Cute cupcake bakery, I think it’s worth a shot. The cupcakes are actually pretty good however I see why there are mixed reviews so I’m going to share the pros and cons:Pros:- location is right off of Glades road- The bakery's ambience and decor are cute and stylish.- seating is available if you want to dine in- cupcakes were yummyCons:- customer service was “okay”- parking not great, very tight. Busy plaza!- make sure you specify exactly what you want, otherwise they will assume for you and you cannot make any exchanges (you have to purchase a new one)Overall, cupcakes were definitely yummy, however there is room for improvement on the service side.
Sarah and her sister have always delivered the best cakes and this time was no different. My sister’s UM cake came out more beautiful than what was promised. It was delicious and moist as well, there is nothing worse than a dry cake. At this price, we will be back soon.
Grossly overpriced and terrible customer service. Don’t bother paying an up charge for a filing that’s only 1/4”
This is the most fabulous bakery for specialized cakes, cupcakes, milkshakes, etc. everything sweet and delicious! I live in Wellington but would come to her place first! ???
I ordered a 3 layer cake (3 different flavors) for my husbands birthday and it was outstanding. It was exactly what we asked for and the look and taste was perfection. I will definitely use them again in the future. They were also excellent in delivering the cake packed nicely so it was fully protected.
I'm writing this review as a warning to any future brides or anyone who doesn't want to pay a ridiculous amount of money to be scammed and disappointed. Please, if you don't want to be worried the entire time that you won't be getting AT ALL what you paid for, and actually want to be happy with your cake for your special day, I BEG you not to trust this place with your money. I have all the receipts and all of the WRITTEN down agreed decorations and I got the most sad excuse of a cake I have ever seen. I came to this place because I was originally having my wedding at The Royal Fiesta Event Center. I had a different cake lady before, but unfortunately she went out of business. So, in an effort to find a new cake, I went to a tasting at Marlee's. They asked me where my venue was, I told them, I didn't think anything else of it. I was very surprised to find that, even though I was going for a 2-tiered white cake with the up-charged flavor (Their cake is dry and flavorless. The only option that they have that is decent was the banana's foster, but of course there is an upcharge if you want your cake to be tasty), and having EDIBLE (says it on every invoice I have) poinsettias, flowers, and snowflakes, with an edible silver sparkle icing on the 2nd tier, with a silver ribbon; the cake was going to come out to $184. I didn't know they assumed I was getting a package with the Royal Fiesta for the cake and that they were only giving me this great price because of that. So when my venue went out of business and I called to change the location and get a 3rd tier, I was very shocked to find out they wanted to charge me $212 extra plus the $48 extra I had to spend on the 3rd tier! I wanted my money back, of course, because if I wanted to spend $458 on a mediocre cake, I would have gone to Publix. At least they would have decorated it like they said they were going to. This place KEEPS YOUR MONEY. They only offer a store credit for a certain amount of time. When my contract came to an end with The Royal Fiesta, like they assumed I had, then it should have came to an end with them too, but these people are THIEVES. Now, I can be reasonable, if somehow making sure they were aware I didn't have a deal going on with my venue for a discounted cake was my fault, then fine. I understand that the beautiful wedding cake I had in mind would be expensive. Fine. Whatever. So I paid for it. They had inspiration pictures, and they had the picture of the FAKE poinsettias I was using in all of my decorations because that was what they were going to make the EDIBLE ones from. This cake was so sad. Just pathetic. -It was not white it was YELLOW. When confronted by this they said "well I can't make buttercream white" you should have told me this the day I made the order! -They slapped a couple sugar snowflakes and white roses on it, but had the gall to put the same fake NONEDIBLE poinsettias with the NONEDIBLE glitter on them. -The center tier was supposed to be covered in a layer of edible sparkles, it was plain. -There was supposed to be a silver ribbon lining the bottom of the tiers, there was a slightly see-through white thing on there that looked like someone forgot to take it off. When confronted by all of this, they claimed it was a supply issue. Fine, that would be understandable except they don't contact you to tell you this, or offer to change, a refund, or anything to make it right. No. They just half-ass it and let you be disappointed and MORTIFIED in front of all of your guests on your special day. Plus, the cake was extra dry that day. I have the receipts, invoices, emails, and pictures from all of this. Please, if you would actually like to be able to depend on the person who makes one of the biggest centerpieces to your wedding to do what they say they will do, please find somewhere else. All they gave me was a sad little $50 store credit. At least $200 of the $458 I spent on this cake was for decorations I did not get. They don't give refunds, so I was stuck with ov
Disgusting experience with this store. We placed a large order over the phone a week in advance. Due to Covid the party was canceled. We contacted Marlee's 4 days before the order was to be picked up to cancel it. They refuse to refund the money for our order. They are thieves masquerading as a cupcakery. Do business with them at your own risk.
Amazing cake. We came in only with ideas and walked out with an amazing cake. Not only it looked great it also tasted amazing. 3 different flavors, red velvet, chocolate and strawberry! Everyone loved it and the design was perfect. Thank you for making this a perfect cake for our quinceañera

I was so happy with our sons birthday cake. It was exactly what we wanted. Looked beautiful and tasted delicious. Definitely recommend and look forward to our next cake!
