This is the fourth time Manhattan Joe’s in Boca, Raton got my order wrong on top of that I had to wait an additional half an hour thus my entire order is cold well my entire wrong order is cold! I’m a vegetarian I requested them no meat toppings! guess what I had received Sausage toppings! Unfortunately, i’m so hungry I’m removing the toppings but I can still taste the meat within the bread!

Arrived there at 1:45pm. Great pizza. Unfortunately the people running the place would rather sit around playing on their phones then make a Bianca pizza for me. While I sat there eating my pizza, three different people besides me came in asking for the Bianca pizza and each time they were told no. The pic I've added paints a picture that both these countermen prefer to sit down and get paid for doing nothing then actually working like sweeping up the place inside and out. Wiping down the counters and the tables as well. It's a shame that this establishment advertises a certain type of pizza but won't make it. These people obviously don't want the business to make money. I won't be returning here. I'll go to a pizzeria that wants to make money and make the customer happy.

Excellent pizza, unfortunately the service not so much. I walked in there at 2:30pm for a white slice with spinach. I was told no. They have a sign saying white pizza served till 4pm daily. This is the Manhattan Joe's in the Polo Club Shops.

Walked in at 3pm, place was empty but the tables were messy looking. The floors needed sweeping and the bathroom was filthy with dry urine on the floor and walls, and 2 men sitting down, laughing like little girls while looking at pictures on a cellphone. I asked for a Bianca slice of pizza to the 2 men laughing like 2 little girls. Suddenly they told me no, no white pizza. I pointed to their sign that says Bianca pizza served daily till 4pm. They laughed at me and hurt my feelings. First & last time here at this place.

I met my girlfriend here for dinner after she suggested i would enjoy their New York style pizza. New York style pizza grew out of the Neapolitan style pizza that Italian immigrants brought with them when they came to New York. New York pizza is characterized by large slices with a thin crispy crust that is foldable. The dough is topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese along with any added toppings. I grew up in New Jersey and pretty much love any kind of pizza but if you want authentic New York pizza endorsed by a discriminating New Yorker, this is your place.Manhattan Joe's is a small chain, there are two other locations in Boca Raton. This location opened in the very nice Polo Club shopping center. The shopping center recently got a makeover and it looks great. The restaurant is no frills, cozy. There are a few tables inside and tables on their patio. My friend ordered our pizza before I arrived and I gave her cart blanche to pick whatever toppings she wanted. She ordered us a chicken and pineapple pizza and even had my favorite Dr. Brown's cream soda waiting. It is nice when someone knows everything you like. The pizza was covered in a generous amount of toppings and had the excellent crispy crust she raved about. A small pizza was more than enough for two people. The people working there are extremely nice too, finding the perfect container for my leftover slices and directing us to our next destination. This isn't the kind of place you come for the ambiance, although the outside looks great especially on a cool night. You come here for the food and no matter how you slice it, they make great pizza!

Anyone that gives this place more than 1 star is either family, friend, or employee. The owner is obnoxious and rude to a fault. Website says sandwich is $8. I ordered 2 to go and bill was for $27.62. False advertising. As for the food, awful as other's have also already posted. hard to screw up a sandwich but this place succeeds. Owner has the personality of a rabid raccoon. RG

Excellent service. Delicious food. Perfect pizza. Very accommodating, even in pandemic. Great customer service which is a rare find these days!! The manager went above & beyond! We had a party of 18 tonight , outside. They are a self serve pizza joint but he made it very special for our party. They don’t have servers but he basically served our party. All while managing the inside still. Even when I called yesterday to make our “reservation” he was so pleasant on the phone & said he would make it special. I cannot say enough good about him! Whoever the owner is needs to give him a raise! This is how managers should run the place! He was friendly and rushing to help us and everyone. Not lazy like so many places have today. We had a great evening because of him. Thank you!!!! We will be all be back. We all said we want to give you more business. So many people are rude today. And this is a rare find. Come eat here!
