Awful. Don't go here....Never thought there was such a thing as bad chinese food. The first 3 items we ordered...they were out of inventory. Should have been our first clue to leave. The first clue actually was a sign on the door "prices are different than price in menu". ????? Fried dumpling app was so over fried...you couldn't even cut through them. Entree was lukewarm on one side of plate and hot on the other...shrimp on lukewarm side of plate not fully cooked We stopped at that point...asked for check...paid bill and left. Place was empty. Others must have tried it before we did.
We absolutely love it here! We eat here at least 2x a month on Family Saturdays! We’ve been eating here for over 25 years….We usually eat the same things…which includes:Beef sticksHouse special fried riceSweet & sour chickenChicken wings (plain or Buffalo)Springs rolls /egg rollsWonton soupMei Fun noodles w/ veggiesEverything is always consistent and tasty and fresh! I just recently had the Mei Fun Noodle Dish recommend to me and it’s now my FAV NOODLE dish ever!Not only is the food great but the staff is super friendly and consistent.In this day and age, that’s quite important, and that’s why we will continue to eat here.Thank you lucky palace for your yummy, quality food ? ❤️(I will add pics next time we get food, we always eat it all too fast) ?
Last night I watched the football games with my father and we called to order food at about 445. They told us that it would be an hour and 15 minutes it arrives at about 645. So we took the food in and we ordered three things. They were very unaccommodating. Very short, Curt and rude. We asked for some pineapples on the side for a duck dish that we ordered which was nothing that we expected. They sent a piece of plain dock with nothing on it whatsoever and we wanted sweet-and-sour sauce and pineapple. They said they couldn’t do it I offered to pay for each. Don’t order from this place and don’t go to this place it’s not good it hasn’t been good. I’ve been there three times in the past eight years and every time I go there I say why am I eating here. Don’t go to this restaurant.
Interior is not the nicest, but the friendliness and efficient staff along with the delicious NYC Chinatown style food makes up for the decor. The portions are a nice size too. Worth a try. We will return.
My fiancé and I came here for lunch a little skeptical based on some reviews, but the food and service was great! We are foodies and try a lot of different places. The portions were huge, service was fast and attentive, and the food was delicious. Will definitely be coming back.
By far the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Egg roll was burnt, oily and mushy inside. Fried shrimp were tiny, burnt and cold. Wonton soup was cold with no flavor. I am afraid to try the rice and boneless ribs, I think I will throw them out.

Great customer service just got off the phone with a man that’s probably around my age middle age. He did a great job in assisting me and I will definitely be ordering from here again as long as the food is good if the food isn’t good I have to change my review. LOL hopefully it is and I am assuming which I shouldn’t it will be. But great customer service
