The food was not good. I’ve held off on leaving this review for a while because I used to really like this restaurant. Today was my third bad experience in a row and I think I’m done now. Last time I went I noticed that only one person preparing the food was wearing a hair net, there doesn’t seem to be any standard in that area which is definitely sus. Yesterday I really wanted to have some tacos and they closed early. So I came back today because I was still craving tacos. These tacos don’t look appetizing at all. Idk what kind of tortillas these are they used and there’s two different kind even though I ordered all the same ??♀️ very weird. I am so disappointed
This place is dirty and the salad is almost frozen always. I had great experience with lime before. But this particular place is a disappointment every time.
Came here on 1-8-22 @ 11:30 am. First time. The two employees working were friendly and attentive. The food, fantastic! The choices for the chips, salsa bar? to die for. This is now my go to place for mexican food in west Boca. You have gained a repeat curtomer. Thank you for being fresh, friendly and fantastic!
Lime is not what it used to be 4-5 years ago. I try and come a couple times a year because I used to loveeeee it! Nonetheless pico is tasteless , food is tasteless. Every single time I have gone they have gotten something wrong with my order. I called in to speak to a manager and when I informed him that maybe he should speak to the higher manager TC, to try and better them. He Informed me that he was at his fathers funeral and he will "let him know as soon as he gets back from that" which is something you should never tell a guest. Sad to see such a good place go down hill. Nothing good to say here.
I went to the Lime Fresh Mexican Grill for lunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices were affordable and well displayed. There was plenty of parking. The outside sitting area was well covered and inviting. I thought the establishment was clean and well maintained. I live in West Boca, less than a mile from the Lime Fresh Grill. My wife and I have frequented this establishment since it opened. The last two visits however, have been very disappointing and I don't think we will be returning. The visit before last we noticed that the food was not as fresh and the chips were stale, We let the manager know as we were leaving. On the last visit (last week), we noticed the same issue. The food was not fresh, the condiment bar was mostly depleted, and while the chips were not stale, the portion was much smaller. We also noticed that we were the only ones in the restaurant. I hope the manager reads this and makes necessary changes. We really did love this place.
Now I remember why I haven't been here in so long. This place is a joke. Slow service, dirty outdoor seating area. Nickel and dime you for substitutions. Chicken burnt and dry as a bone. Salsa bar half empty. Seating area looked like the restaurant was doing their taxes with paper and spreadsheets spread all over. Tacos were half the size of the $1 taco bell tacos because they are too thin to put in any toppings. A single taco from Chipotle is equivalent to 3 tacos at Lime. Save your money and go somewhere else. These restaurants are a dime a dozen. Not to mention their mobile app is disgusting.
wow talk about quality going down ate here last night it was disgusting!!! like burnt chicken, inedible food. wow. I used to love this place I was shocked. Please avoid. the people were nice that's about it.
Good food and sauce/topping selection. Only issue is that burritos and certain food selections are very dry, especially I you choose chicken as a protein.Add queso and you'll be all good.
Great and friendly service. The food was good and it was packaged well. Continue doing great work over there because whatever your teams are doing is benefitting your customers.
