order from the food truck since they’re remodeling came home their was hair on my food may 12 2022 order 82 and my friend may 12 order 55 missing half her order when they handed it to her and said that was everything , haven’t had rice pudding for months even tho it’s on the menu , chicharron we’re trash and dry (per usual) used to love this place but since dec 2021 everything has been downhill , food doesn’t taste the same , always run out of everything , rude employees if you don’t speak spanish, along with the hair in my food i asked for two arepa con pollo (chicken) and got beef
I ordered from doordash last night. There was no spot to say no sauce. And everytime i tryed to put special instructions it said the store is not excelting that. So i called after ordering to ler them know im highly allergic to stuff in there sauce. And absolutely no answer 16 times i called. So i drove down there and the dasher said he let them know and the guy amd girl both said they dont care. Buy the time i drove all the way down there the guy refused to make the food. And doordash refused to make it right after i had spoken to them. I use to love this place. Now they wont get anything from us. Disgusting people working.
Bad customer service, and they make you wait over 20 minutes for 1 burger and it’s not even busy. They couldn’t even apologize for the wait
Very energetic place with amazing Colombian style food, there maizito and churrasco are amazing, not up to sharing! My only complain is the establishment is very popular and will does not have the capacity to fit so many people that flock to it.
Disaster delivery service , they didn’t send the one of the two burgers. The one we received has only one meat instead of three meats, they forgotCHEESE !!! and all the souces. Basically one piece of meat and chips all we received.By the way it took more than one hour to deliver. I guess they have more locations now so that’s what happens when attention moves to other locations.
Gordo burger is definitely interesting and worth trying. Fries were very good. Would not use the words as gourmet to describe it though. Service was good, no issues like other reviews say.
A “different” way to try a hamburger. The pineapple source in it definitely make the experience different. It is not bad if you appreciate the “agri-doce” flavors. There are some extra goodies from Colombia like the traditional arepas. Prices are very affordable.
Terrible service and I got overcharged and the cashier shrug her shoulders when I asked why price posted above her different than what she charged me and she ate her cereal and shrug her shoulders and said she doesn't know Wich if she's the manager I feel like she hass no clue about how to manage a restaurant and also people from kitchen were coming out with their gloves on and touching tables and dirty dishes and I saw the same guy not change his gloves and touch food on a plate and bring to a table nasty employees and attitude from employees I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again...
Very Bad service after almost 30 mins waiting all my family had eaten and my Gordo Perro Mix was not ready, they forgot to make it and the place wasn’t even full (less 25% full) I had to cancel my food and go somewhere else!
