Joaquin provides great service and makes the best salad!
Great potential - manager wake up and watch the customer interaction from a far… Somehow the staff thinks they are paying the customers to be served. To top it off, I ordered a salad for inside dinning and they asked me if I would like utensils - no, I prefer to eat with my hands… if you don’t like your job - move on…
Our first time here. The salad was very satisfying. I wish I would have taken a before picture. But I ate it very quickly. :-) I posted the “after” picture. Justin was a perfect salad maker. I will eat here again.

Awesome place to get salads and other healthy food, just take it easy on the dressing. The store looked clean and well kept. The service was very fast and you get to watch as your salad is being made. The crispy chicken poblano salad was very tasty. It is also relatively affordable for the quantity of food you get which is a nice change from the other places in the area.
I have been to this location in Boca several times and every time the food and service were excellent. Today is no exception. Jay waited on me and and his service was very professional and had a smile the whole time while making my California Cobb Salad . I could not have been more pleased with my service and salad. My first time eating at Just Salad and I was moderately dissatisfied. I was traveling for vacation and made a pit spot to try something new. I wasn’t too happy with my warm bowl order, (APP-8800485). The chicken and brown rice were cold, a major bummer. The flavors and serving size were decent, minus the avocado mash, but the dressing sauce was inadequate. I couldn’t return because I was already back on the interstate. Overall, I might consider eating here again.
DISGUSTING. ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I've ordered from here a couple times a while ago and always got the Buffalo chicken salad. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS RED "CHICKEN" IS!!!!!! It was supposed to be chicken. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE ANY OTHER MEAT OPTIONS ON THEIR MENU SO IT CANT BE PORK OR BEEF. Deff not tofu or plant based chicken. Literally REPULSED. Shame. Shame. Shame on this company. On top of the suspicious meat, the salad was put together so poorly. Asymmetrical pieces of "old" gross cucumber. Dirty, old, brown romaine lettuce. Skimpy topping. NO UTENSILS! How do I eat this salad when I'm at work?! They downsized their dressing containers too. It's the smallest size ever. So upset with this entire experience. Won't be coming back/recommending this place anymore ZOOM IN ON THE PICTURE TO SEE THE GROSS "food" you're putting in your body and paying for....
Hi, very impressed with the food selection and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Tyler was fantastic. We had not been there before and he oriented us on how to order and helped make the process very easy and seamless. Will definitely return. Also very glad that you have the vegan daring chicken alternative. Very delicious. Would like to commend Tyler for making the whole experience enjoyable.
If I could rate lower I would. I ordered food at the west Boca location instead of the east location. Upon pick up and realizing my mistake, I was told to call a phone number in which I did , I spoke to somebody at corporate and told that I could go pick up the food 20 minutes away, get charged half the fee to have the correct location make it, but would not be refunded my money. When asked to speak to a manager, I was given an email address. The customer service is terrible and I paid $40 for food that I never got.
