I have tried over and over again at this Jimmy John’s. I order through the app never get the notification no matter how many times I ask those guys no notification. I know there’s a button they push to notify me as well.Last time I got my sandwiches the bread wasn’t even cooked all the way. I’m a freaking chef so don’t even try to rebuttal that. I can’t speak for all Jimmy John’s but this one is horrible and gotten progressively worse. I will not be going here ever again. It’s unfortunate because it was convenient but the food sucks now.
This is the BEST Jimmy johns! The staff is very nice and they are extremely efficient and fast. I typically order delivery to my work down the street and never have any issues, it’s always delivered within the half hour. Today I placed a delivery order and received a call directly after telling me the delivery will be longer then usual. I said no problem can I swing in now and he made sure my order was ready immediately. I’m very impressed and very happy with the extra effort this particular store puts into their service.

They closed an hr early and looked at me crazy for trying to open the door. Good thing the guy was making a sandwich for himself... I tip well and have been to this location on 20th in boca many times. Maybe this person is a new manager or whatnot but I would absolutely NEVER hire them to run my business if so.
I ordered a $20 sandwich and got no meat on my sandwich. this is the 4th time in a row they've made mistakes on my order. these issues started about 2 or 3 months ago. I cant order from here anymore. I think it's deliberate and intentional at this point. The manager said to me he wouldn't be that mad if his sandwich order was incorrect.
I don't know where to begin. I ordered 1 sandwich for delivery yesterday 1/4/2022 at 12:10PM I waited patiently for it to be delivered. After an hour at 1:10PM I called the store asking where my food is at this point. The young man on the phone told me "I don't know I think it is out for delivery." I asked him if he could call the delivery driver to see where my order was and he told me "I'm too busy making food to do that. He should be there soon I think." When I expressed my dissatisfaction he told me "Look the delivery isn't freaky fast like they say it is. We just aren't that fast." I was shocked. I received no apology and no offer of compensation for my meal. I just got excuses. I would like to note my office is at 176 B Glades Road, Boca Raton exactly 1.1 miles from Jimmy John's. It's a 4 minute drive. I got my order finally at 1:39PM A FULL Hour and 29 Minutes after the order was placed. The delivery driver did not apologize for the long wait and just set my food on the counter and left. I would use JJ often due to it's close proximity to my office, but unfortunately the customer service is terrible. I will not be back.
I have ordered from dozens of Jimmy Johns all across the country and this is the only location I have ever had issues with. Up until a few months ago, they were as great as the rest. Now, the orders take over an hour, if they arrive at all. They have falsely claimed to have delivered them and when they finally do, the order is wrong. The final straw was waiting over an hour for my order, having to call three times to find out what happened, and being told they cancelled it because they are short staffed. I received no indication of this and would not have known my meal wasn't coming at all had I not called multiple times to inquire. My workplace used to order from here several times a week. After this, none of us are ordering from here again. Completely unacceptable.
