You know how there's hole in the wall places that you want to try to support small local businesses? This is not one of them.I have been SO excited to try this place since it's literally right next to my house and could be a place we pick up food from a lot.I ordered online 1 hour 15 minutes prior to them closing per their website hours. My husband arrived to pick up food and they don't have our order. He showed them his confirmation and they said "oh it come in after we closed. We locked the fridge." Mind you my husband arrived 45 minutes prior to closing. Would not even refund him on the spot and told him to call back another day. So you just took our money and now asked us to leave. Terrible service and communication. If you had to close early for one reason or another or your hours are wrong, the professional thing to do is just be upfront about it. Or at least call the customer to let them know their order can't be completed so they can figure out food for the evening.Update: it’s been 3 days and they still have not refunded us for food they never made/we didn’t receive.Update 5 days since the review was written. They refused to give us a refund because they said the food was made and handed to us.
just randomly stopped by to grab a quick bite. Place looks pretty simple and down to earth, however the customer service and food is straight up above and beyond. I pinned this place as my regular go-to-place!
I contacted the owner via email explaining that I believe I was overcharged. I requested a call back by phone or email to discuss. To date I never received the courtesy of a reply. Total lack of customer service and class for failure to discuss. I will never return

The best falafel! As good as I’ve had in Israel!Not fancy, everything prepared to order, falafel made when ordered. All salads (so many) fresh and delicious. I’ve also had their Schwartz and it delicious ! I would eat anything this place serves. Wish they were in Delray/Boynton.
I was here on April 24th with my parents. The store was officially closed, I called beforehand and I was nicely told I can order food to go. When I arrived at the store, they welcomed my family as if we were kings and queens, and treated us as if the restaurant was fully open and operating. Us traveling on a long journey impulsively ordered quite some food, and they would not stop running to deliver it to us and treat us beautifully. Any bad review you see on here clearly they had a bad day or something. This establishment not only had literally amazing fresh tasty food, it had warmth and love. I highly highly recommend coming here!
Not good. Avoid. Went on a Friday at lunch time and it was empty. Decided to give it a chance...my second mistake. I asked what were the wings pictured on their truck, the worker was like , huh, what...needless to say my 3rd mistake was ordering the over fried wings. The $3 canned juice was great.
This is a great Shwarma jerusalem place! The food is fresh and delicious and the salad is really good as well. I highly recommend it
Had the shwarma laffa combo (adds a drink & fries). Laffa had a generous amount of meat! Nice variety of salads. Fries were homemade, skin on, and tasty. I'm a big guy with a good appetite, I could only finish half of the sandwich. Makes a $20 lunch a really good food value!
Not at all an authentic Israeli restaurant no one spoke Hebrew no shawarma on the skewer (came in on a Thursday lunch time ) no salad bar and couldn’t take an order for 6 shawarma, only had enough for two orders which I got the food was ok but over priced And yes i am born and raise Israeli , if a good shawarma place is what your looking for Hollywood pita plus is the place to be . Im not trying to hurt the Business but I was very disappointed sorry
