I enjoyed dining J Alexander's the staff is delightful.The grilled chicken salad was so delicious with just the right amount of dressing. You must try it.
Love the food. Service can be hit or miss. But worth it for the food. Alex's Salad chopped adding steak and the French dip with the shoe string fries are my favorite.However... I don't understand why the purse hooks in the women's bathrooms are so high. I'm 5ft 1 and cannot even come close to put my purse on the hook. I know I'm short but even on my tip toes can come close.
We had a great time at J. Alexander. Everyone loves the Maui Ribeye. The entire menu is phenomenal. Including the ribs, chicken tenders and filet mignon. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they didn't have Dom Perignon in stock. Polite and professional staff.
Good service. Our server was courteous and professional. She moved like the wind! Food was fine, especially the artichoke appetizer. Mmmmm! But the noise level was high and it is a dark space. Not my favourite place in high season. Maybe try it again when things quiet down in the summer.
Inadequate service, acceptable food. Menu is just ok. Waitress needs to be retrained. Did I mention her mask was around her neck?..
I’m always skeptical about franchise restaurants but We’ve never had a bad meal here … the ribs are delicious and the steaks are always cooked perfectly. We tried the Cajun trout special and it was amazing. I especially love the tuna bomb appetizer
Had a nice time with my family. There was a 40 minute wait but theres the barnes and nobles nearby that you can go to whilst you wait. The food was tasty, I had the French Dip which came with 1 side. The artichokes are shown as well as the Veggie burger with Tomatoes for the side.
