Good food but C.J. my cashier/server was extremely nice and helpful. It was my 1st time here he explained the menu and provided the best service i have had in any food service ever. Thank you CJ
This was my first time here and I absolutely loved the experience! The staff was understanding and friendly, they walked me through the process and gave me suggestions. They're is now than Mac and cheese, you can get sandwiches too! The place was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend stopping in and getting some delicious mac and cheese.
Staff wanted to close one hour earlier than time listed. We thought we agreed on leaving ten minutes earlier than closing time but then My friends and I felt really uncomfortable of them rushing us after their third comment. They locked the doors at 9:08pm and we saw multiple customers wanting to order. All drinks were out of order and tots were under cooked. Small businesses like this deserve better.
An absolutely amazing experience. Customer service was top notch. I would like to commend both Carly and kaylee for their customer service at the time of this review, but other workers I’ve seen like JP are also extremely good workers. Food was amazing and I had an overall amazing experience.
Stopped in to grab dinner on my way home from work, wasn't sure what to order. Abby helped me decide what to pick. I ordered the BLT grilled cheese, which was honestly the best grilled cheese I've ever had. Great customer service, a friendly and welcoming environment, knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be back later this week!
Used to come here a while ago with my sister and it was alright but over time the quality just went down right awful. Never wanted to come back, but a friend of mine recently told me it was under new management and that the quality of the food was a lot better I figured I'd try it again. Boy was my friend right. The new owner is super friendly and nice, and the food was so good! Definitely coming back here more often again!
I came by the other day to try this place out for the first time and had a great experience! I loved the food and Abby was such a great help, very kind and funny. Great staff and good food.
Listen! All I can say is that I had my mouth set for something they didn't have in stock but the beautiful Carly! & CJ took very good care of me! I'm truly pleased with my meal, the custkmer service and will be back soon! Thank you all so much!!????
It was my first time in this place and the service was great and the food was even better. Bella and Maria was wonderful. They me pick something and the brung it to my table. The service was wonderful ??????
If I could give it negative stars, I would. A horrendous experience. When I arrived there was only a group of three at the counter in front of me. Yet, it too 22 minutes before I received my food. My grilled cheese sandwich was burnt to an absolute crisp. I had to ask for a discount that was prominently displayed on the monitors. Then after I sat down, two people who I found out were corporate office employees and started taking pictures of me eating WITHOUT my permission (PS: Said employe is the Emmanuel Pineda who wrote a glowing review a month ago, what a sham!). I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I will never, ever return.
