My wife ordered a cookie tray for a family gathering. Agreed price for the order was a pricey $65, and a CC was given. On the day of pickup, the customer service rep was not ready with the order and looked in a few places in the store unsuccessfully. Finally someone located the order near one of the cash register lines and handed me a bag with the cookie tray. At the bottom was a CC receipt for $75. Not nice.
Thursday's hot table is excellent and delicious. However, the prices are overly expensive. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Selection of items is quite good, but again, expensive. Certainly by Thursday and Friday they could use more help at the registers.
