Cannot really comment on the food. We waited 20 minutes after we sat down for anyone to even acknowledge us. There was only be waiter and I do not blame him as he was overwhelmed. Owner was too busy giving tours to people to even help out. When waiter finally came by we ordered drinks and he told us âeverything was made from scratch so could take a bit longerâ. That would have been ok if they brought drinks and maybe put something on the table to help pass the time. After another 20 minutes with no drinks and no one taking an order we just left. I get we are not regulars and staffing is an issue but an owner that really cared would have lent a hand to keep us there.
The restaurant is in a strip mall and has a casual look and feel. There is a wall partition that separates the bar area from the dining room. Wines ard drinks are reasonably priced. There is an enticing selection of small plates so we chose to split several small plates that included octopus, soft shell crab, smoked salmon on waffles,beet salad, and steak tartare, which came with a generous amount of caviar on top. All the food looked and tasted delicious. Service was excellent, and the owner made us feel like we were guests at his house. The restaurant has a caviar menu, which is very reasonable by todayâs standards. Weâll definitely be back.

Loved this eclectic and homey place. The food was terrific, the service was exceptional, and conversation with the owner was delightful. I took a friend, and it was our first time there. It will not be our last.

Excellent choice for just about any event! Amazing staff (ask for Nicholas) whoâs very attentive to guests and will navigate you through the menu. Various wine/drink selections and the food was fresh and flavorful!
