Three of us went here for lunch and had very good service (really busy) Our orders were cooked ti perfection Our waiter was very friendly Highly recommend
I had the Lemon Chicken Pasta, honestly it was very tasty and came out hot. My boyfriend’s steak was overcooked, but we never got a check back from our server to see how our food was. Service was a problem from the beginning. We were seated and sat there for about 10 minutes, no one ever came and greeted us, so I went up to hostess stand and asked if we were able to get some service. Our server Kate came to the table. She was friendly, no explanation given for the delay in greeting. We were ready to order everything all at once since we had waited for so long. Drinks (a couple of sodas) were brought out by Kate. Our appetizer came out by a food runner, and thankfully we didn’t need silverware (mozzarella sticks), because we didn’t have any, and finished them before anyone ever came around the table. Kate came by once at this point to grab the stacked dishes and empty appetizer bowl. Our food came out shortly after, again by a food runner, and we got Kate’s attention for some set up’s, which she brought out. She never came back to ask if we needed anything or how any of our food was. We ate our food. We had been in the restaurant for over an hour at this point. We were ready to get our check by the time she finally did come. Maybe they were just having an off night, but the lack of service was really off putting. My boyfriend calls me a restaurant apologist, so if I’m complaining about service, it’s usually pretty bad. It wasn’t that busy, we were seated just before 10:30pm on a Saturday.
Looks like 10% extra for pick plus they want a tip. Won’t be going back anytime soon. Food is just ok at best.

My waitress was nice but another waitress with a bun on top of her head needs another job. She was trying to explain the policy to another customer and said “the way we do it is kinda retarded, but...”I sat there with my son who has special needs and couldn’t help but be embarrassed for this chick who obviously has no clue of her surroundings. You work in customer service, you shouldn’t talk / scream like that around customers.

We decided to visit this location in Boca Raton and because we arrived early we were able to get a table outside. Once we were seated, Rumy, our waitress came by with the menu’s and to explain all their specials. She knew them all, having worked their for 20 years. Once we gave her our orders, the entrees arrived quickly. Their Caesar Salads were very good. Everything was great, tasty and hot. We started off with some Caesar Salads with some delicious hot buns drowning in garlic butter. My wife ordered their half chicken diner ($16.99), my son ordered the Joe’s Strip steak medium ($18.99), I ordered the full rack of ribs with a loaded baked potato ($24.99), as did my grandson and 1 Skate Board Burger ($9.48) for my other grandson. Everything was delicious and we had leftovers, as expected. Terry, the restaurant manager came over to see how we were doing. Obviously, we had no room for dessert. They offer free parking, if you can find a spot. They do not take reservations, so be prepared to wait. Enjoy!!
I've been eating at Flanigan's for years but I can honestly say yesterday night was my best experience! Jo is an amazing server she was so attentive of me and my family while still taking care of other guests, I can't wait to go back and sit with her because I know I will be well taken care of, and of course the Food was great as always. If you haven’t been here get the Lemon Chicken Pasta it’s amazing!!
Went got a late Saturday lunch. There was a wait and host wasn't most friendly but we were seated ahead of promised wait time. Server was great. Love the giant sodas in the take home cup. Mahi was great. So was peel and eat shrimp. Love the curly fries too. Kitchen was slow but maybe that was due to packed restaurant. Manager came by to say hello and thank us for coming in (a nice touch). Prices are quite reasonable. Have been here several times and will be back.
