Food and service are excellent! Lettuce wrap was delicious!
Ouch. Prices have risen and the burgers got worse. $9.49 for a fast food tiny cheeseburger. Staff very friendly tho :)
GREAT staff. My apple pay was down on my phone and a gentlemen that worked there bought me and my husband's food. Not saying that he would do that for everyone, haha. But just showing the caliber of staff that worked there.. What an act of kindness. Highly appreciated.
Food was good but the service was really slow. Prices also seemed higher than other places. It was $11 for a bacon cheeseburger. If you are looking for good burgers and have time to spare good stop. If you drove from the toll road back to almost I95 before findings food and are in a hurry I'd suggest finding something else.
Love Five Guys, but a couple things weren't right at this one. Hamburgers and fries were great as usual, but they were out of peanuts. The cashier told me to come back tomorrow for peanuts. I didn't appreciate the joke. I took my time to take my family here today, not tomorrow. Also, I couldn't find a napkin dispenser anywhere.
My son placed a very simple order with UberEats. A shake and two grilled cheese sandwiches. Only the shake was delivered about an hour later. Called the store and they said they would provide the missing items, but he would have to pick them up. Only problem is that he can't drive yet. Hence, no dinner for him. It seems in the instance the store dropped the ball big time and failed to rectify its mistake. So with delivery charges, the shake cost over $12 from Uber Eats. If I could give this establishment a negative star I would.
This place is VERY slow. They had people waiting before we walked in and they were there way beyond what should be considered acceptable. Our burgers were so thrown together, the top bun was nowhere near even with the bottom. The slice cheese wasn't even melted. Their soda service is very outdated and all around you're just better at another location.
The food always tastes great! I usually order the Little Hamburger?(one meat patty) with their Regular Cajun Fries.
We love five guys ! But we got a Wrong delivery order and we call and they told us the only solution is to go there and pick up our order! I have two kids waiting for dinner at 7pm when and no food ! We made online order at 5pm !! Horrible experience!
I just paid $9 for a burger they didn't even put lettuce, tomato or ketchup on. It's literally bread and meat. The clerk didn't ask what I wanted on it. I guess we have to explain how to make burgers?
