Service ewas great, food was fresh! Just wish I had some dumplings in my chicken dumpling soup!

This was my first time at this location and it was absolutely terrible. They took over 15 minutes to make my medium sub, and when I finally got my food and went home, they didn’t even put my soup that I ordered. Thankfully I could get a refund but that store needs help.

There was one employee to take the order and make the sandwich. A sign that said to be nice and patient with the employees because they showed up to work…. Bizarre, I mean I should be happy that I am able to place an order?? Anyway, the employee was very friendly, unfortunately the sandwich was made incorrectly and the business makes the customer feel bad to say anything. I’ll put it here… she was friendly and fast, just not accurate. If I can’t get the food I ordered then what is the point?

Good food, friendly service

I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews however this it hard to ignore…. My visit last week will be the last time I go to this Firehouse Subs. It started off with the workers seemingly bothered by having to do their job and make my sandwich. Nothing unexpected from fast food theses days. It didn’t get better from there as I watched MULTIPLE roaches on the wall near where my food was being prepared and on the floor where the tables were. DISGUSTING. As if that was not enough, my sandwich was super soggy! It seemed like they dipped the whole thing in a bucket of water before they served it to me. No wonder I was one of the only people in there. Terrible experience.

Matt and Mike made some killer sammies for me today. Matt always does. But today, I got DP’d by two sub artisans and I can’t stop thinking about it.

Best firehouse I have been to! The staff is so welcoming and they always have a smile and engage with you! Tevin and Tonya are amazing! You can taste the sandwiches are made with love. Ive been to other locations where the subs dont taste as good, but they are always on point here! After a long day it's nice to walk in to a place that the staff looks like they enjoy being there and are always so nice! Definitely a go to if you havent been!

Great sandwiches. Don't forget the pickles! The staff is SUPER nice and very friendly.

I had previously left a 5 star review for this place a year or two ago. So, it pains me to have to do a a complete 180 on my review. My last 2 orders where messed up and the last order I ordered 2 large clubs one with double meat. Not only did I NOT get double meat which I paid an extra $5 bucks for but both subs had ZERO bacon, which is a key component to a club. Plus the bread was on the stale side and the subs were all pieced together from scraps of other loafs. They must have been low on bread that day and just used whatever they could scrounge up. Firehouse used to be my go to sub place pre covid but this location has drastically gone down hill since covid. I was happy to start eating out more but if covid has taught me anything, It's I can make a damn good sub at home and its pretty easy. So long Firehouse.
