Incredible bagels incredible coffee and incredible smiles, from the first day that I walked into this Einstein bagels I felt like I was home. The entire staff is super friendly. There is no better way to start your day then with an Einstein bagel! This place has become such an incredible hidden gem and the staff works super fast to pump out orders honestly love the energy this place has! Making everyone feel welcomed is so special I hope you are here forever!!!
What an utterly terrible experience. To be grunted at instead of spoken to when having my order taken. Seriously - she grunted instead of using words. Wrong food order - at least it was tasty but how do you forget the bacon on the egg and bacon sandwich? Also, how about a receipt? I asked but the cashier walked away. Overall, I could tell why the place was completely empty. Terrible service. Food is pretty okay but I can’t believe how bad the service was. It deserves an award for how bad she was.

I don’t know how the girls working there still have a job, it was after 10am Sunday (today) not prepared at all, out of coffee, out of a lot of bagels. The girls were behaving like they’re doing a favor to customers. Where’s the manager? Asked for dozen bagels (which mostly they were out of, picture shows sliced bagels. Horrible experience.
Whoever was working Thursday morning at 12:00 had absolutely terrible customer service. I dont know how she has a job at all! With the way she acted towards all of the customers that came in, absolutely horrible attitude, management needs to do something about her.

Get better personel asap or you'll lose many customers
We used to come here every Sunday for brunch and we always loved it. Unfortunately, the service and quality has severely decreased here. We simply asked to have 6 bagels toasted, when there were no other customers in the restaurant. The staff at first said ok, but some other employee came by and said no. He insisted that they could not toast them even though they've been toasting them for us for the past 11 years that we've been coming here. I would at the very least, I would understand if they were busy but they weren't! It was just us! They've toasted them for years even when they were busy! Rather than doing it, the employee argued with us with no good explanation as to why they couldn't. Terrible service and I won't be coming here again.
