The staff at this location are absolutely fantastic. I lost my phone in the men’s bathroom and the store manager went above and beyond to check the phone down and ensure that it was safe until I pick it up. I’m very grateful to her! Very polite ??
Delicious bagels every time. I love the different options they have for bagels compared to other places, today they had a hash brown bagel and it was delicious ??
I had a horrible experience this morning. The staff was awfully rude. In addition to that, the manager was JUST as rude. I will never go back again. If I could give 0 stars I would. They refused to take a $100 bill for whatever reason. NEVER GO BACK!!
Nothing beats a cup of hazelnut joe from Einstein Bagels.

My husband and I visited over the weekend. The young man working behind the counter was very friendly, nice and knowledge about the menu. Food was good, too!
The lady working when the store opened made me come to the drive through register instead of serving me behind the front register. She was helping no one in the drive through. I had to walk into the worker’s area to pay for my meal. She just said the other register was not open. Awkward! Now both of the workers are eating next to me instead of working. An interesting experience!
Delicious power roll alittle pricy
The food is good but the place is disgusting. The tables never are clean. The floor has food and trash all over. Doesn't appear they vacuum ever. The fruit flies are all over the corner where you get creamer. The self help coffee is most of the time cold or completely out. Some of the staff is nice but the managers don't seem to really care and make me feel like I'm bothering them just to get my coffee cup, which I always order online so its ready ahead of time but the coffee is rarely ready when I get there. Add some care to this place. Clean up and be nicer to us guests, especially those that come almost daily.
Always check your order before you drive away. I either get a half a pound of cream cheese on my bagel or barely any at all. I don’t know how these people are trained but it needs work. Not returning here again despite my love of the bagels.
