Place an order for a bagel with cream cheese and lightly toasted got a cream cheese on one side with a bagel that was not toasted got looked at funny when I was asked them to melt the sugar in a cup of coffee
Service wasn't bad the donuts were fresh and the jelly filled actually has jelly at this location.
Food is ok but hours are bad. I showed up at 8pm on a Saturday night and they were closed. I thought Dunkin was either open late or some are even open 24 hours??
The woman that works as a cashier is VERY RUDE. Worse customer service I’ve received in my whole life. This location has one customer less. Customer service is priority.
Dunkin donuts has fantasticCoffee and lattes and cappuccino for half the price of there competitor. They also upgraded there interiors and changed there food menu with much better food items that are really delicious. Five stars

Management or corporate seriously needs to hire more employees for this place. Waited 20mins in line with 2 customers infront of me....if your don't order a head here. Better give yourself a 30min heads start.

My experience was great when I came last week. I can’t remember the name of the man at the register but he was extremely nice and went above and beyond to help with my order. Workers here are on point and a lot more consistent than the dunkins in the area. I’d recommend this location
I'm not a coffee drinker. I go because my son loves the donuts, and the manager is the best. She's friendly, super cool and very efficient.
