Good customer service but didn't have a lot of donuts even though they were going to be open for another 7hrs
Molasses slow here. Workers talking to someone in the lobby with people waiting. One person got tired of waiting for a sandwich, paid for a donut, wasn't refunded for the sandwich. My sandwich was good they lose 2 stars for talking so much and not focusing on work with customers waiting though.
Excellent service! I have never saw anyone loving so fast at the cashier register and serve people. Air you are amazing!
Today we went into this location and the server told my 16-year-old daughter that she was a brat, said that she snatched the bag from his hand and didn't take it gently. And threatened that next time we come into this location he's going to drop our food on the floor and spit in it! Way to go Dunkin' Donuts. This guy is bottom of the barrel disgusting human and should not have a job working with food!
I can't believe my ears, a male employee told a young girl that next time she comes in he's going to drop her food on the ground and spit in it. He called her a brat! Horrible just horrible
The regular staff is amazing and work very hard to try and please customers. However I am not sure if he is the owner or GM but I overheard that he really asked his employee to provide a picture of his mother in the hospital bed???? He treats everyone there like they’re stupid.
All the staff here is wonderful! Front cashier is amazing either Brenda or Naomi!
The worst...workers aren't wearing masks & it's filthy. Never again. The mgr was nasty & complaining instead of taking care of the long line of customers. Board of health take notice!
Great coffee and fresh donuts! Great service! My drink was a little bitter and they were happy to add more liquid sugar! Thank you!
Long lines, not enough parking so many cars had to park around the edges of parking lot. Needs a drive thru or more parking.
