The greatest customer service I have ever received from any Dunkin by far. I came here on Monday to try out the Strawberry latte and that is when I met Zach, who made the drinks, and Connor. Where they provided a fantastic experience, and a drink to change the pace for what I usually get.
just a quick THANK YOU to all of the wonderful staff and the "manager of managers"- Bev- at this Dunkin Donuts..I have been through many sets of staff at this location, I work nearby. This team so far exceeds anyone in the past. All of the people working there greet all of us who stop in with smiles and great attitudes...they are cheerful and professional and they take every opportunity to make clients feel important. They work incredibly hard , always cleaning and organizing and refilling, yet are patient and courteous to everyone who walks in,...treating every person as though they were their top priority.. I'd like to thank Zach and Connor, Jay, Sam , Angela, Gerardo, Miranda, Anthony, Jordan, Woodley, Tom l, Alex, Carol. AND BEV ( yes, I asked for everyones names!) You guys are the highlights of everyones day!! We all appreciate everything you do........
This is for the very fresh products and exceptional customer service I received today from Connor specifically and Zach. Angela and Miranda were very nice who made avocado toast delicious for my friend. Connor was a friendly, professional person who made suggestions for products and let the time go by real fast. He was such a kind person, as was Zach who made our coffees. It was such a different experience compared to other Dunkin’s because of their cheerful countenance. The donuts were very fresh with a large selection compared to other stores. It was the team members though and how well they maintained the cleanliness of the store that made such a difference. Ordered while on the road returning to Miami from Orlando for pick up curbside… the order was prompt but the girl told me that they were closing and they didn’t have chocolate glazed donut.But she went beyond amazing and gave me a replacement a croissant .The persons name was Beverly(I think that was her name)Thank you for the great customer service!!!
I have been to this Dunkin multiple times between 7-9am on weekday mornings... completely incompetent staff. Has taken 25 minutes to receive a coffee on numerous occasions. Poorly managed and operated compared to other Dunkin locations.
Woodly and his team are phenomenal. Woodly went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my coffee. With staff shortages and a difficult labor pool to pull from he always has a positive attitude. Though the store may not run perfect or as fast as everyone would like he shows up and makes the best of it.
The staff was so polite, cheerful, and pleasant. From the person who took my order, to the person who handed me my breakfast and coffee. This DD was more of a good experience for me than having gone to other DD establishments. Most are franchises but this one here by far has been my best experience.
5PM Friday the 17th steppedup to the register individuals working just started at me. I asked are you ready for my order his response was yea. So rude then I had to wait another 5 minutes just to get my coffee..
