This place is much cleaner looking then other Dunkin’s around the area. I tried the new brown sugar gold brew foam drink and it was alright. The drink tasted over brewed and it was too sweet. The cold foam was from a whipped cream dispenser. We ordered 10 donut holes and got one extra!
I have said this before and I will say it again and I see others have noticed too but I guess this owner does not care about the employees working there… STOP TALKING OVER THE GUESTS AT THE DRIVE THRU. I have to constantly repeat myself because I’m the middle of the order she will interrupt!! “I will have a medium iced coffee with …” ..”YOU WANT CREAM AND SUGAR!!?” Ummm yes I was getting to that …. “I will also have…” ..”YOU WANT ANYTHING ELSE?!” Omg I was getting to that too just LISTEN!! Same problem the past few years and I have worked for corporate. Not the way Dunkin standard is. Great coffee however
Bacon, Egg and cheese was freshly made and very good. Staff was great! Restaurant was very clean. Very busy with clientele so popular place I suspect.
Brand new store....Both bathrooms out of order.... I'm standing there waiting like a fool and the doors are locked.. I asked someone to open the bathroom and no one speaks English or couldn't understand me.... Just completely ignored.
04/06/2022I work for a towing company 1 of our employees always at this location picking something up for the crew never has been wrong. drive thru has gotten 100 times better since the inside remodel----------Morning time very busy
I came in right when they opened at 5 am so there was no one in the store and one person in the drive through. I brought my service dog in with me because I bring her everywhere. When I first walked in they told me they don’t allow dogs,I then informed her that she is a service dog even though it was made very visible by the harness she was wearing. They then proceeded to tell me two more times that they don’t allow dogs in there establishment, I then politely explained to them again that she is a service dog and that does not apply to her. At this point I was very annoyed and was just waiting for my order. My dog then alerts me and one of the workers says out loud “that’s not a service dog.” I have never experienced this before and was extremely frustrated after after this encounter. Mind you I was not even in the store of 10 minutes.
The lady over talks you through the drive through speaker when you are trying to order... horrible you have to repeat it 3x or say fooock it and order something else... she also has an Indian accent... can't understand her interruptions the whole time. What a stressful event lmao
Such long lines that it backed up into the road. Difficult to park. I ended up walking in and ordering. The order seemed to be right, just too many orders for them. It did take a while to get drinks out.
Worst person u can have in a drive tru so early in the morning always with a bad attitude
5 days a week we order Dunkin’ Donuts door dash and 5 days a week the orders are always wrong cream cheese bagels come with butter instead and lite and sweet coffe comes black with no sugar and donuts are sent as they wish what ever they want to send .please stop complaining about working hard when your brains are literally limited and utterly destroyed in 41 years I have never ever seen a business destroy orders as bad as this location and I am definitely notifying Dunkin’ corporate because if this was my franchise then this franchise location owner would be sued to the point of never being able to own a cell phone in America ! Please sell this location to someone with real work ethic and do not ever in your life go into the service industry but instead check in to a mental hospital for the insane and do it ASAP!!! NOT EVEN GOD CAN HELP YOU
