It's Dunkin. Drive thru service is fast but the lines can get long in the morning.
Normally a great experience but this time they really messed up our order. Missed 1 or only 2 donuts ? and the hash browns were pretty burnt.
They burn my food every time. Today I ordered on the app at 7:05am and did not receive my order until 7:41am after completing that it was taking to long.
Dunkin on 18th street boca always great. Very fast & efficient service.
I PROMISE YOU this is the worst dunkin to exist. I live right next door and unfortunately when I’m late I have to go here, they always give me the wrong order and never the right change. EVERY TIME they are horrible. None of the employees know what they’re doing and it’s insane that they can mess up like that every single day for over a year
Second time going to this DD. I ordered a hot signature caramel latte. Only to wait 8 mins AND COLD. How can a latte be cold? As soon as I grabbed it, the entire bottom portion of the cup was cold. Thus it wasn't from the whip cream. The young lady who took my order corrected the situation and made me a new one and apologized. The three stars is because of her. I asked myself, when the person touched the cup n placed the latte on the counter, did they NOT feel like the thing came out of a fridge? So not cool.
I don’t know what it is about this Dunkin Donuts it seems like they donuts is always fresh never stale no matter when you come the staff is always friendly I swear I will drive the distance because of the quality of the food and the service this should really help how all Dunkin Donuts should be early morning I want to see happy people with great customer service and not no one saying I’m tired and it’s too early thank you store # 353701
This is my favorite Dunkin location ever! They always get my order right and the employees are so nice and friendly. Every single one of them are super polite to me, I enjoy seeing them.
Service and food sub par waitress put French Vanilla cream in an order for Black coffee with 3 sugars then proceeds to argue with me that this was what I had ordered sandwich looked like it was sitting there for over 4 hours shoved in the toaster over so it gets burnt and the whole time manager walked back abd forth abd never interceded to address the situation. Not returning to this location
So my boyfriend and I get Dunkin’ Donuts every Saturday but lately they’re messing up. Forgetting what we ordered. We order online so how can that get messed up? I always get the maple bacon egg and cheese croissant and my boyfriend gets a hot macchiato. They’re making his drink iced and we have to wait extra to get it right. Today my sandwich had undercooked bacon and barely any on it. We also discovered that we got 11 donuts instead of 12 ??♀️ We’re not going back to this Dunkin Donuts. $27 is what we spent there. Ridiculous.
