I ordered donuts and coffee for Father’s Day breakfast for my preschool. They forgot to give creamers and cups for coffee . When I called no one cared to pick up the phone. Very rude manager . I asked the lady twice did she put everything she said Yes,the bag was sealed I didn’t check thinking they will be careful with big order. I paid $128 and had to run to store again for cups and creamer. I will never step in this Dunkin Donut. Worst management. I went again to see if they at least have courtesy to apologize. The lady said her manager will call I am still waiting. I have never experienced this in other Boca Raton Dunkin Donut. Manager needs to get more training in customer relations.
I come here 4-5 times a week and always order food and drinks. This was my last time. The line was 20 mins long. My baby was screaming in the back seat because of the wait and so I was distracted and accidentally rolled past the menu screen. I couldn't back up so figured I could just order a quick coffee at the window. The owner was rude and told me to get back in line. I decided I'll just go inside. They have the doors locked, you can only go thru drive thru!! Horrible customer service, terrible attitudes. And they always mess up anything other than a simple coffee.
They have only Drive thru open not the inside..
Honestly I am fed up with this this Dunkin. I go there multiple times a week, sometimes even twice in one day. I pretty much always order the same thing. The staff is friendly. Even though they always have new people. Which is why i am going to assume they never know what they’re doing. 99% of the time they get my order wrong. But today I feel has been the worst. I have contacted corporate, I hate being that person but it’s not ok that I pay and not get my order right.
I want these two employees fired, guy in the background threatened to fight me. And refused to give me his name, stole money from me. And other guy shut the window as I was asking for corporate phone number.. location is •11405 W Palmetto Park Rd, BocaRaton, FL 33428One of the two said that they were part of some sort of street gang and was threatening my life
Staff really needs to be trained. 13 min wait to get 2 iced coffees.No one in front of me. The staff also needs to be more friendly. A smile goes a long way.

Listen, I've been coming here since it opened, and I can thoroughly say that it's an entirely normal Dunkin. I've read reviews saying different things, but honestly, excluding customer service and coffee quality, all the Dunkins I go to are pretty much the same. It's a hit or miss every Dunkin, and you don't go there to be blown away by their food; you go there to (most of the time) get a fast cup of coffee and donuts with an occasional breakfast sandwich. Solid three stars; if you want quality breakfast food, go somewhere else, but if you're in a bind and need something quick, I fully recommend this place. Also, just a note, I do love their original blend iced coffee... Sh*t hits different when you're dead tired in the morning.
This place use to be great but either new workers or management has made customer service go down hill (eye rolls, messes up orders, only drive through after a certain time). I'll go to another dunkin than this one from now on
Don’t go at night after dinner. They never have fresh coffee at night!
