10 minute wait for a decaf coffee that was luke warm and bitter taste- I’ll passE
I’ve waited and gave them the benefit after a couple of trips here before work. The coffee never comes out correct. Coffee Always tastes like warm water..I don’t understand how they still are open. Maybe because they are the only Dunkin’ in the area. The lady who works there is always quite nasty and always seems miserable to be working. Not a fan of this place or the people. Please do better and tell your staff to at least pretend to be happy and want to help your customers?
Only one person serving drinks and making food. It took 18 minutes to get a cup of coffee.
Great place for Dunkin food.
Super slow, the 2 ladies behind the counter making the food need to spend it up.. watching them was like watching a turtle make my meals .. way too slow.
Rude to healthcare workers.I arrived 15-20 min before closing time & asked for a latte. The two employees looked at each other for a while, did some strange eye movements with their hand covering their face thinking I wouldnt notice & then said "oh no sorry we already cleaned the machine". Couldnt help out a tired healthcare worker and just make me my preferred drink when despite being exhausted I was still being nice to you? I get your tired too, but think about it.So I just got a regular coffee. Blah.
Would be nice if the help had Smiles on their face once in awhile
